I've made my edits. Tobias visits the library around 7:15. Plenty of time for him to make an appearance in Metropolis. I just had to remove some references to the fight that breaks out at the concert around 7:30. 

I likely can't post my arrival tonight, so someone else feel free to start off the party and I'll try and put words to paper tomorrow.
