Alright, I've made my opening post. That first IC post will be home base for knowing what day it is during the roleplay. Also, the Google Map will be updated with information regarding where your character is at. Zoom in on your character's location to see things in the area. 

As for Pokemon, these are the Pokemon you can find within a 50 mile radius from your current location:

EDIT: Just noticed, you have located in my hometown, not my current location. My current local is near Casper. I'll make my first IC post, and if I mention and pokemon that aren't nearby, I'll change them later. I don't plan on battling or interacting with any wild pokemon at first.

EDIT 2: I also just want to say, amazing job with the map and everything! This looks awesome and I can't wait for this to pick up steam!
