Name: Fenris 
Race: elf 
Appearance: silver hair green eyes short for a elf 5'6  skinny but still fit because of the street brawls he has been in wears plate armour boots but normal clothes for the rest because he used all of his money 
Weapons uses a silver spear once the guild starts to make more money but until then he uses a silver dagger 
Backstory: he lived in the woods with his mother and father until they got killed by a pack of werewolves when he was in town ever since then he has been doing odd jobs till he decided to create a guild
