Lottie's mother Nikole is the daughter of Zamir Seara: owner of the international Seara Resort and Casino hotel chain. Meanwhile, Rachel's father is Julius Ashford, owner of The Ashford Castle hotel in Ireland, along with a string of other luxury hotels under Ashford Internationals. The Diedrikson and Ashford girls have spent many summers together in destinations all over the world, follow each other on social media, and keep in constant communication with each other.

[color=magenta][indent]Charlotte Eliza Diedrikson was born on January 7th, third daughter to Warren and Nikole Diedrikson and youngest sister to Madeleine and Francesca. The three girls grew up in a wealthy environment, with doting parents who loved and would do anything for them, and their every want and need satisfied without much effort. Although spoiled, Lottie quickly realized that being a Diedrikson-Seara came with high standards to be maintained. When your father was one of the top ten District Attorneys in the United States, your mother was the Marketing Director for Vogue magazine and your sisters were had a model / pageant queen and an up-and-coming artist, it wasn't hard to figure out that you needed to find [i]something[/i] to excel at. Fortunately enough, Lottie found her calling in life at the age of four: when she picked up a tennis racket for the first time. Her parents were amazed with her talent, and quickly did their part to enroll their daughter in all kinds of lessons to ensure she reached her full potential. As it stands, Lottie's training her absolute damnedest in preparation of her first participation in the Olympics, to be held next year in Tokyo.

At school, Charlotte was in the top tier of the social ladder, as is typical for the outstanding athletes. Acquaintances were many, teammates were family, friends were close, and suitors at arms reach were plenty. But when you grew up surrounded by [i]Carters[/i] and [i]Wilhems[/i] and [i]Abrahams[/i]- with their flashy cars and their big cribs, and trust funds as large as their egos- it was easy to see why no men had been interesting enough to hold Lottie's attention. She chose to focus on her sports and her studies instead, eventually earning herself a full ride to Harvard pre-law on an athletic scholarship. 

When she received the invitation to spend some time in the island, Charlotte had been ecstatic. With the pressures of keeping up the pristine family image now lifted off her shoulders, she was ready to take a well-deserved break from all the training and have the time of her life...

If her cousin Theodore can keep the hell out of her business, that is.
