and yes, it actually is a dog. the picture allows the owner to find your location through some tracing of the photo, and whoever doesnt send it to someone else soon, he releases a hellhound the size of a mamoth to you.
but my hellhounds ate it, and the owner was pissed as hell, so they ate him too.
