Carver nodded with a shrug. "Sure, sounds good. Better than getting called out for 'messing up' every week." Lillith smiled politely, but there was a slight glint in her eyes that was only tangentially related to the song in question. Carmilla grinned proudly. She knew she wasn't the only reason the song was so good, but she was ecstatic to finally be able to showcase her skill and not be stuck behind Shock the whole time. It also didn't hurt that the tricksters' defacto leader was so pissed about being out of the spotlight for five minutes. "I really appreciate the opportunity," Carmilla said sweetly. "I'll make sure do it justice!" The vampires ignored Shock as she left in a huff. When Lock said his goodbyes to some of the girls, Carver looked at him with a slight lift to one side of her brow ridge. Lillith's smile widened just a bit. "Shall we go then?" Carmilla pursed her lips. "Date morning, again?" Her twin smirked. "Have something to say about it?" There was an internal wrestling match between Carmilla's disapproval of her sister's choice in relationship, and her recognition that she wouldn't be in the band at all -- let alone a sometimes-lead singer -- if not for said relationship. She scowled for a moment, but took a deep breath and sighed. "No... It's fine. I'll cover for you with Father." "Guess I'll just do a sleepover with Shock and Barrel, then," Carver piped up. "Not like my dad can march down here and yell at me."
