Standing tall at 6ft2 Johnathan's has aged gracefully, his hair turning white with just a hint of pepper dotting his impressive beard. He possesses many subdermal cybernetics, most of which are extremely hard to notice, except for his left eye which shines brightly with a brilliant amber hue. Even though he's been in the scrapping business for many years, he still carries himself with the dignity of his former position as a high ranking officer in the UFED Navy.

[b]Personality Traits/Quirks:[/b] The Captain expects his orders to be followed to the letter and holds his crew to a very high standard. While at times he may be very demanding, he will not give an order that he himself could not follow. A perfectionist to a fault, he has trouble seeking and accepting council. He rarely is not on duty and doesn't quite know how to relax. He can often be found taking over a watch duty, smoking a cigar while deep in thought staring into the cosmos. 

[b]Noteworthy Skills:[/b] Johnathan didn't climb the command ladder without merit, he possesses a brilliant mind for tactical maneuvers and strategic decision making, its what has allowed him to thrive in the Scrapping business. 

[b]Special Equipment:[/b] A relic pistol from before the great migration, with a 17 round capacity and chambered in 9mm. 

[b]Bio:[/b] The Carlyle family has strong military ties to the UFED government, Johnathan continued the tradition of enlisting in the navy and climbing up the ranks. He even contributed his own son whom enlisted and had just graduated Officer Training School when the chain of command disintegrated in a flash. Up until that point he seemed destined to be yet another scion of his house that became an Admiral, a noteworthy achievement that had become status quo in his family. The chaos that ensued gave him an opportunity to truly make his mark on history and he abandoned his family without a second thought. Captain Carlyle has been in the Scrapping game almost since it really got started and his exploits have helped contribute to the glamour of the lifestyle. His desire to keep it going only grows as each haul and prize gets bigger and more valuable.

[b]Flaws/Vulnerabilities:[/b] Among other things, Johnathan suffers from tunnel vision and a horridly inflated sense of pride the most. He still will listen to his immediate subordinates but truly deep down he disregards any suggestion made by a subordinate, deeming them as too inexperienced and young to truly have a grasp on the situation. He's not getting any younger either, he's slowed down physically and has progressively become more frail, there also have been rumors circulating in the ship that his mind isn't quite what it used to be either....
