World Domination type that is super sweet but secretly wants to sit at the top of the world as it's supreme ruler...And as such she thinks she is like the best thing since sliced bread...

That was my idea anyway, but I haven't gotten to the background yet. Just know she is going to try her best to use every character in here for self betterment.
