Well I can't judge anything from a mostly blank CS. According to what I know, not from the wiki, Demi-humans age up as they level up if not naturally. So Ratalia (spelling?) is technically still the little girl she was when Naofumi took her as his slave. But since she fought, and grew stronger she physically became bigger/older.
