[@Infichi] I'm wondering how crews are going to work in this RP?

We could team up with other players or write multiple characters to fill out the number, a few of us will probably do both to be honest, but we'll all end up with very small crews if we do that.

Are we expected to create NPC's to fill out the rest of our crews for these ships? With only the "important" roles being filled by PCs?

Also, might as well get the ball rolling, anyone want to start a crew together?
