Were we thinking of having Benjamin and Steph stay in contact after the time skip? Cause I kind of had the idea that she just tries to hide away after all the shit happens, keeping in contact with no one but April as she tries to fix herself and get used to things.
Then maybe Benjamin could either end up running into her or going out specifically to look for her; maybe he rummaged through some stuff and found something that reminded him of her and was like "shit my potential girlfriend"

Maybe Benjamin could keep in contact with Harriet? Especially if he wants to learn about Unknowns a little more after the whole debacle?
