[@JackDLemmy] Honestly it's more OP than a Logia. Logia's have a weakness of their element (Like Fire vs Water or Sand vs Water. Lots of water weaknesses.) Where as the Ope Ope no Mi allows you to rip the heart out of a Logia user, and can make the person who owns it literally immortal. It's an end-game level power for a reason. 
But that's my opinion, Infichi might feel differently depending on the power level he's hoping for.
