[indent]Arcadia has always been a petite girl ever since she was young. she stands at five foot four inches, and weighs a good one hundred and twenty pounds. if it had not been for her constant dancing and playing sports when she was much younger, then she may have been a little chubby. however, she has managed to maintain her slim and toned build.
Currently, Arcadia's hair is slightly wavy and goes just past her chest. after previously experimenting and dying her hair, she prefers to keep it blonde. She believes it looks quite interesting against her light tan skin. she either styles it in a low ponytails or keeps it out, depending on her mood.
Like many other Japanese, Arcadia has the typical, dark brown eyes. the lightest her eyes will ever be is in the sun, though she doesn't think much about the color as it's boring. she's always envied those with hazel eyes. her lips, however, are naturally a dark pink/red color and tend to stand out more usual.
Arcadia does not have either any tattoos or piercings, other than the two in her ears - which she tends to accessorizes with studs or small hoops[/indent]

Sometimes she be dressed like a bit like her foster siblings, Making people think she is kind of a tomboy when wears her brothers' clothes. But usually if she does go out with her friends, She will wear that show off her figure or she will wear shorts, boots, and a top that is to big for her. [indent]Arcadia is both loyal and accepting to those whom she makes an instant connection with, for her fellow foster siblings she always had a near instantaneous loyalty. Despite having been in the foster system for years, She doesn't share the same jaded outlook at life some of her foster siblings have. She is glad that she finally found a place to call home, where she doesn't have to look over her shoulder or have a go bag to run as quickly as possible.
She also has a sarcastic sense of humor, like when she suggested to one of her former foster care mother's to loosen up her Ponytail to help her think better. Above all else, Arcadia is very outspoken about her feelings towards the negativity that some people have to foster kids, Especially by those who come from rich families. She hates that most of the families her adoptive mother worked for in the past constantly looking down upon them and demonizing them for anything they did wrong. Even going as far as saying, her mother only adopted them to get that extra paycheck from the government.
Arcadia is also very compassionate, loving and empathetic and can easily see through others when they are in pain. She cares for the people in her life and always tries to view them in a non-judgmental light.
Arcadia is also quite witty, creative and somewhat artistic. While in high school, Arcadia displayed an interest in Music and dancing. She is also very into photography, she will usually take pictures of anything or anyone who catches her interest.
Among everything else, she is open about herself whom she even admitted to her mother that she also took an interest in women as well as men.[/indent]

[indent]Arcadia is the daughter of Eliot and Saya Spencer. She was born when her mother was seventeen and married the child's father soon after. It was a rocky and brief marriage, Eliot ended up in jail and Saya was cut off by her family. She struggled to raise Arcadia as a single mother in Philadelphia, though she tried to give her all she could.
Arcadia was separated from Saya at mall, When she was a child. She was found by the police, When Saya was found, She had let the officer know that after watching them interact with her daughter. She had decided the foster system could take better care of her than she ever could. She started using her maiden name again and started a new life, never mentioning she had a daughter.
Arcadia was raised by the foster systems in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, and quickly gained a reputation as a problem child. She ran away, always searching for her real family, and never emotionally attached to any family. Her search brought her in problems with the police. She kept searching, looking up all women named Spencer in the right age range. It never occurred to her that no one ever came looking for her.
After her last and final attempt of running away to search for Saya at the age of fourteen, The head of Child Protective Service had search and found her birth mother Saya. CPS had set up a meeting for Saya and Arcadia, Arcadia was so happy. But her happiness soon to turned to sadness after meeting Saya. Saya was quite short and blunt when she informed Arcadia about why she had given her up for adoption that she doesn't want Arcadia back in her life. Arcadia was utterly heart broken from the news, The head of CPS had told her after the meeting. That he thought it was best to send her to a foster care system in another state, hopefully she will find and be accepted into a family there.
When Arcadia got to California she was informed by a social worker that they already had a foster mother waiting to meet her. At first Arcadia quickly rejects them, stating she can take care of herself. The social worker reminded her that she had to wait till she's 18 to legally be able to live on her own. She encourages Arcadia to give the foster mom a chance cause she was giving Arcadia one, having no other choice, Arcadia accepts and is taken in by [url=https://i.pinimg.com/originals/df/08/ba/df08ba5843427f234672ab9adce35766.jpg]Lucille Vasquez[/url], who seem like a loving woman to her. Lucille Vasquez, tells Arcadia she was a former foster child herself and was stubborn like Arcadia. On the way to the Vasquez house, She told Arcadia about how the other foster kids that she had taken in are expecting her, and are excited to meet Arcadia.[/indent]
