[color=7ea7d8]Abilities:[/color] Isaac excels in tracking and scouting, keeping tabs on everything around him at all times.  This is partially due to his base level observation haki, which has been the only thing keeping him relavent in the new world.  Issac is also a skilled fighter with his kusarigama, favorite speed and accuracy over power to win a fight.  He can be needlessly flashy at times, but that's all part of the show.  Issac can be tough to handle when he and his weapon are insync, but unfortunately for both of them, they often have different view points on how to handle most situations, which can lead to an unpredictable fighting style.

A legendary kusarigama forged from the remains the mythical "sky god," which was once said rule over the sky islands with her beautiful voice.  The smith, who was said to love the god, infused the whisper-whisper fruit into the blade, in hopes of hearing the siren song one more time.  The blade soon was discovered to have a mind of its own, plunging into the clouds and down to eat below before the smith could claim the blade as his own.

[color=7ea7d8]Weapon personality:[/color] Sasayaki has no sense of boundaries, and makes it a point to peak into the private lives of every person she meets. When excited, the blunt end will become free, glowing with a white light, looking back and forth as if the weapon could see, which is not far from the truth. Sasayaki can control sound in her immediate area, giving her the ability to see through sonar, and the ability to talk. Her high speed vibrations increase the impact power of her blunt end, which she calls the "Sonic Boom headbutt." Issac constantly reminds her that she doesn't in fact have a head, but Sasayaki insists that she is more alive than any other punk around her, and if anyone else says otherwise, they will be 100% more dead. She is short tempered, unfiltered, and always looking for trouble. Despite this, she is committed to protecting Issac's "clumsy ass," because without him, she wouldn’t have another chance to see this world.  For fun, she likes to take Isaac on walks.. don't ask..
 

[color=7ea7d8]Bio:[/color] The day Isaac’s father left for sea was the best and worst day of his life.  At first, he waited, watching the ocean in disbelief until the sun came down.  He never had anyone else, barring the villagers that looked after him when his dad was on a booze fueled adventure, yet he knew their hospitality had its limits.  As the day went on, and the ship didn’t come back, and he walked back to town, seeing the fear in all of their eyes, each one wishing they wouldn’t have to draw the shot straw and take him in, but he wouldn’t let them, not this time.  Instead, Isaac grabbed the few belongings he had and set off for the woods, unknowingly taking the path that would forever change his life.

In the woods, Isaac heard a voice, singing a sad song in the dead of night, permeating the think pines.  He followed the song to a weapon, coiled up on the ground.  He reached for chain, but the weapon moved, all on its own, striking Isaac in the forehead with the blunted end that glowed dimly.  The weapon was alive, calling herself, Sasayaki, threatening to “cut him with the sharp end” if he tried to claim her.  Instead of running, Isaac sat down, tired from the day, wanting some company.  For whatever reason, Sasayaki felt for the boy after hearing his story, promising to stay by his side to protect him as long as took her to see the world.  That was day that Isaac’s old life ended, and the day he set out for sea without so much as map, searching for something he could not guess, with a strange new companion at his side.

Since starting his voyage, Issac has survived 5 shipwrecks, 8 evacuation level weather events, 7 unexplainable building collapses, 3 navy assaults, and 2 sea king rampages.  At first, he just wanted adventure, but as time went on, Isaac realized that he could make a living at sea and get stronger if he started hunting low level pirate bounties, finding rides to his next destination wherever he could find it.

[color=7ea7d8]Personality:[/color] Isaac is constantly fluctuating between foolishly optimist, to devastatingly pessimistic. He is constantly failing at what he wants to do, but somehow he always get by. If there is one constant in his life, it is that he is willing to challenge his own limits, no matter the cost.
