[@Ephemeral] Picking out the egg, Erza’d notice something. Didn’t it seem just a bit closer to hatching? He wouldn’t be sure what were the signs that told him so, but it sure felt like it. So, Erza moved on to combat opposing Pokémon. However, there was something he quickly discovered. Pokémon on this route is somewhat higher level than he is. Poochyena VS Hunter. Poochyena started with a Sand-Attack, but Hunter had no trouble blasting the beast with an Ember through the sand. Poochyena ran in to bite, though Hunter could get in another Ember before then… but yikes, Poochyena’s Bite hurt! Another exchange of Ember and Bite left both Pokémon pretty beaten up. Hunter has about 18% health left. That’s when Erza lobbed a Pokéball, which hit the Poochyena and it rolled on the ground. The ball rolled once. Then it rolled twice. And it rolled thriiiiice…! So, Erza threw out Castform to battle Vulpix. Vulpix realized she was being drawn into battle… and called out into the air, suddenly summoning a powerful sunlight to the battlefield! … Which meant Castform suddenly transformed into his Fire-type form! Noticeable Ability: Drought. Summons a harsh sunlight into battle. This harsh sunlight decreased the power of Castform’s Water Guns… but it also meant that when Vulpix attempted to Ember him, it was Not Very Effective and Castform could just absorb the flames. Two Water Guns later, and Vulpix was in a bad shape while Castform was still lively in the flames. A Pokéball was thrown, hitting Vulpix and absorbing the Pokémon into it. Castorm has about 45% health left. The ball rolled once. It rolled twice. It rolled thri-
-ice. Mareep VS Extraordinary. Erza guessed correct, his Duskull took a single- very painful -Thundershock that could then be Disabled. After that, Extraordinary Night Shaded over and over while Mareep panicked. The Mareep did shoot a Thunder Wave, paralyzing Extraordinary, but the Duskull showed no signs of that keeping her from Night Shading. Mareep used Cotton Spore and Growl to reduce Extraordinary’s speed and attack, neither influenced her Night Shade. Finally, upon the turn where Disable would be undone, Erza threw a Pokéball at the sheep. Extraordinary is at about 57% health. It rolled on-
-ce, and then twice, finally thrice. Suffice to say, Budew attempted to Absorb on Princess, didn’t work, Princess made short work of the little plant and Erza could easily catch the Pokémon with a quick throw of a Pokéball. Princess is at 91% health. The ball ro-
-lled once, then twice, then thrice. Select one Pokémon to send to the PC.
Now, then. Finally, Vee and this female Eevee Vee managed to track down. The attempt to convince the other Pokémon ended in failure, albeit Eevee did seem pretty curious about Vee. So, a battle it was. The Wild Eevee started by Baby-Doll Eyeing, reducing Vee’s attack, but the opposing Eevee lacked Vee’s Adaptability, and so in the ensuing battle of tackles Vee held the advantage. However, the wild Eevee had more experience, turning things into a decently evenly match. But, his time with a trainer pulled through, and Vee turned to be the more skilled Pokémon in the end, the wild Eevee looking more tired than him when Erza threw the Pokéball. The Eevee was absorbed into the ball, which then fell to the ground. Vee has about 27% health left. It rolled once. It rolled twice. It rolled thri-
-iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii crash! ‘Eevee-!’ the wild Eevee called out, spinning in place towards Vee, and then aiming to run in for another Tackle. This is a nice time to mention that Eevee has some ridiculously low catch-rate. What will Erza do?
Currently on…

Route 12
[sup][sup]No fox-girls, I’m afraid.[/sup][/sup] Route 12 is a vast expanse that opens out west of Bigfjord City and north of Rainrock City. It curves around Mt. Strength towards the east, with the Fairsea waters awaiting right up north, and it serves as the primary route to travel between Worldedge and Pureplain. That, however, significantly downplays how wild this route can be! Cliffs stand out from the otherwise grassy plains, remnants of Mt. Strength sticking out as huge bent rocky part-mountains with simple ramps allowing anyone to climb for an amazing view. Along the bottom of the valleys run clear rivers originating from the peaks of Mt. Strength, flowing down into Fairsea waters. On the top of many of the cliffs are little windmills, using the altitude to derive power from this shape of nature. In the bottom, following these roads along the Route 12 countryside, are also small homes dug into the sides of the cliffs by Pokémon, where both Pokémon and people live. Route 12 is the main passageway to Redcoast and Pureplain, so there’s probably roads which trucks can drive wares from Bigfjord and Worldedge. There are many smaller roads for trainers next to these, where adventurers can feel like they’re on an adventure. To the west and north, Fairsea extends far, with the northern landmass and Magmagulf Volcano beckoning in the distance. The Travel Outpost, a dock for traversing Fairsea, stands to the north at the sea’s edge, at trainer’s disposal. To the south-east, Mt. Strength rises tall over the route, calling to potential hikers to climb it. Walking around is decently simple, but what’s the fun in that? At the base of Mt. Strength stands the Pokéball Factory, a robust building that looks somewhat out-of-place. Must have use of the minerals the mountain contains, perhaps?

1. So. What’s Claire interested in, now?

Worldedge City
A rush of energy flows with the wind that breezes through the alleys of the city. Somehow, you feel lighter, like some strange weight has been taken from your shoulders. Looking up, tall, massive structures, structures seeming to defy gravity and common sense grows, stretching high into the sky and far down across the cliffs. The people look calm, focused on their duties and sprawling in their number, holding a vital position in all the businesses of Isson. The design of the streets are narrow, illogical and unstructured, feel like they would be easy to get lost in, yet it is as if you’re being guided by fate’s hand and you’ll arrive where you were intending to go. In the distance, always watching, the peaks of a distant mountain rises. You are now in Worldedge City. Isson’s largest city. It grew into place at both sides of Mt. Edge as efforts were made to dig through the mountain and join the northern and southern landmasses, it was known as two different towns until the use of Abras as public transportation method within the city was widely adopted and the city grew to become known as one single entity. Widely accepted is the idea that a mystical energy of some form within Mt. Edge surges around the buildings, calling Psychic Pokémon towards the mountain and therefore the city. People living here have easier time feeling at ease with the world, and the laws of gravity doesn’t apply as they maybe should to the buildings around here. From this would Isson’s most successful city grow to be, at the place where two or more worlds connect. So was Worldedge City named. It should be noted that being called a “Worldedge Resident” has some negative stigma attached to it. If you are one, you’re interpreted as a lazy individual who has it easier than the rest of the world, happiness coming naturally to you and you probably see yourself as superior to the rest of Isson, and you might not be entirely sane or yourself due to constant exposure to the energies of Mt. Edge. Of course, this is a stereotype that most people recognize and can see past, but there is no smoke without fire, so to say. There those who are very distrustful of the energies of Mt. Edge and would rather never subject themselves to it. These particular dislikes compounded and grew strong enough in some people that the Crossing was created just south of Worldedge City just so those individuals could get past without entering the city. The city is comprised of six different districts. Three districts on each side of Mt. It’s a long, winding corridor of tight buildings with many bridges and storefronts, and it all leads up to the Worldedge Department Store, the biggest Pokémart in Isson. If you somehow cannot find what you’re looking for there, then you’re probably all out of luck. It isn’t all there is here, however. Among the corridors is the House of Trades, where people can sit at computers and request trades with all other people that have ever been there, as well as the Psychic Train that uses certain teleporting abilities to achieve transportation to a distant town. Or, if those don’t reach where you want, you can just call a Freecape Ferryman and s/he’ll fly you there, assuming you have the cash. Also here, lies the store where the infamous inventor Russel sells his products. Perhaps, if you’re lucky, the fool’s things actually work for you? No guarantees, though! Notable Places: 1. While the building architecture still might require a raised eyebrow, the atmosphere is healthy and playful, many families making their life here on top of the Commercial and Entertainment districts, where they work. Schools and little parks for children to learn the ways of Pokémon exist, and there is nothing saying those older cannot use them too. The Little Cup stadium is here, allowing the children to watch and perhaps participate without straying too far from home. Yet, among these buildings live a few of the most noteworthy individuals in Isson. Like the rumored and powerful Crone, who has to be battled by a strong trainer every once in a while or she will stir up trouble, or like the empty mansion that supposedly belongs to the Champion… Notable Places: 1. Practice Park. A little park in the residential district where children can catch low-level Pokémon and train for the real thing. 2. Pokémon Day Care. Given all the buildings on top, few actual lights come down here even during the day, but all the blazing lights in this unnatural city-scape more than make up for it. Plenty of the skyscrapers holding up the Commercial District above have some form of advertisement, and each open door opens a new possible way to spend money in these depths of entertainment, probably with some form of Pokémon logo. Down here lies the most famous and populated Game Corner on Isson, where thousands of P are being wasted every day, and houses for unofficial Contests or Battles for money and prices are sanctioned and bet upon for the enjoyment of viewers and participants. It truly feels like if one never got bored, one would probably never run out of things to do down here… assuming the wallet didn’t run dry, that is. Notable Places: 1. Worldedge Game Corner. Only play with as much you’re willing to spend! 2. Countless restaurants, stores, cinemas, show-houses, amusement-parks, whatevs. You can waste the rest of your money here, on whatever you want! 3. PokéMania! They may seek to share their knowledge at the multiple cafés spread about, read up at the library, check into the museum or any number of things. There aren’t that many things here that would keep a Pokémon Trainer dawdling around for long, and most residents here are fine with that. It is still quite the spectacle, walking on the bridges between these pointy buildings, finding the streets and wondering how you're not lost yet in this maze of stairs and bridges, never touching the ground. Far above lies the Mystical District and there are plenty of stairs up, and down below is the Industrial District… It may feel a bit enclosed. Most notable in this area is most certainly the famous Professor Dunstan’s lab and residence, which he mostly leaves to his companions as he spends a lot of his time in the other lab in Raremine Town as well. Notable Places: 1. Guide Booth. Because finding your way in Worldedge City can be a challenge! 2. Gossiping Cafés. If you want to hear the useful kind of gossip, sit in among the intellectuals. Ask and you may be surprised at how much you can learn! 3. Sir Know-Em-All. A famed Psychic. Don’t feel like travelling to all the corners of the world? Don’t need to, the museum has gathered up the noteworthy things from all its corners! 7. Move Tutor Mansion. A gathering-spot for those talented in teaching Pokémon moves they wouldn’t normally learn.
Using elevators or teleportation Abras, one can easily access the other districts around Worldedge City, so here’s the other options.

Industrial District
There is no way this place can have screwed-up gravity and emotional influence without companies trying to use it for their own gains. The factories of Worldedge City are far below the Information District, down at water-level, where at the base of Mt. Edge countless machines tumble and toll for the continued success of man- and Pokémon-kind. Being below two other districts the Industrial District is naturally dark, even during the day, but countless lights shine it up and the workers do not mind one bit. They have their own marketplaces, their own little residences and they certainly earn enough to make their own lives when it comes to that. But, among the factories and warehouses are those that stand empty, and one might have to wonder what’s actually inside them sometimes. Notable Places: 1. Factories. Produces everything from Pokédolls to furniture, and who-the-heck-knows. 2. Abandoned Factories. Produces everything from Grimers to street thugs, and who-the-heck-knows. 3. Warehouses. Assisted by Psychic-Pokémon, the upper echelons of the city contains a significant price-tag for those who’d wish to live here and so filters the more common men to the levels below, yet there are activities that draw trainers up from the depths. First and foremost is the Pokémon Gym, floating above their heads, and also the Worldedge Floating Stadium, the largest and most amazing of the multiple stadiums in Worldedge City, where the most epic of battles in the city are fought and watched. Truly, these streets so high above the rest leave a certain impression as one walks here. Notable Places: 1. Pokémon Gym. Worldedge City Gym. It’s one of those towers floating in mid-air… You need to fly to get there. 2. Worldedge Floating Stadium. Worldedge’s biggest stadium, floating over the city. We’ll meet by the Gym,' Vivia said, nodding to Skylar as they momentarily parted ways. First he headed to the Pokémon Center, which had its own small crowd of people hanging out. Skylar headed to Nurse Joy, who-
‘Hello, and welcome to the Pokémon Center. I’ll take your Pokémon for a few seconds, then.’ She’d then accept the Pokéballs and put them into the machine, and… Di, di, di-do-da! ‘Thank you for waiting. We’ve restored your Pokémon to full health.’ She says as she hands the Pokéballs back. She then bows to her customer and gives a friendly smile. ‘We hope to see you again!’
However, after that, Skylar asked about rare Pokémon around here. ‘Around Highhill? There’s more outside Highhill than inside, but if you look into the trees and bushes you could find some Karrablasts and Shelmets that other trainers might have missed!’ ‘You can find the occasional Bulbasaur on Route 1, if you look reeeaaal closely,’ another trainer close by inserted, just because he overheard. He then moved on. After that, Skylar went to the Pokémart, and bought himself 10 Pokéballs. He gets a Premiere Ball as a bonus. The clerk looked at him a bit in surprise at the question… ‘Um. Well, occasionally, you can fish up young dragons by the water-side… But we’re talking VERY rarely, and you probably need a Super Rod…’ the clerk replied to Skylar, looking a bit hesitant. The only birds found in Highhill Town are Pidgeys, unfortunately. They’re commonly seen hunting whatever Caterpies are found nearby. Pokédex Entry #16 – Pidgey, the Tiny Bird Pokémon. They are docile Pokémon that avoid fighting, kicking up sand in an enemy’s face or using Whirlwind to avoid battles. They have sharp senses of direction, capable of finding their nest or destination from very large distances. They inhabit tall grass where they search and prey on small bugs. Pokédex Entry #10 – Caterpie, the Worm Pokémon. It has a great appetite and eats green leaves larger than itself. Its feet has suction cups allowing it to climb on any surface. If attacked, it can release a stench from its antenna to ward off attackers. It is known to grow fast, and will create a cocoon out of silk for itself to evolve. The reason for the local Machop and Timburr population is that Highhill Town requires plenty of work with the crops surrounding the town, and these strong though low-leveled wild Fighting-types are more than happy to help, be it with plowing or carrying the results! The effort is its own reward! Now all are wild, but quite a few are, and willing to take on a trainer! Pokédex Entry #66 – Machop, the Superpower Pokémon. A Machop is built up by a special muscle, which despite its size makes it stronger than 100 humans and will never tire no matter how much it strains itself. This combined with their general availability makes them a common choice for helping humans with manual labours. Pokédex Entry #532 – Timburr, the Muscular Pokémon. They make habits of training themselves by carrying square logs and wielding them as weapons. They’re know to appear at construction sites and helping with the carrying. They pick bigger logs as they get stronger, and when they can handle any log without problem, they’re close to evolving. Other than that, if Skylar followed the instructions of Nurse Joy and the Pokémart clerk, he could find Karrablasts and Shelmets in the trees or under rocks or in pools of water near the edge of Route 3 or by the shoreline of Dragon Lake. Pokédex Entry #588 – Karrablast, the Clamping Pokémon. They live in fields and forests, hiding in tall grass or trees. When threatened, they’re known to spit acidic liquid to drive attackers away. If bathed in electricity together with a Shelmet, both will evolve. Pokédex Entry #616 – Shelmet, the Snail Pokémon. Commonly found in bogs or similarly wet areas. It closes its shell to protect itself from attacks. It also produces and spits out a poisonous, sticky liquid. If bathed in electricity together with a Karrablast, both will evolve. And that’s about what he’d find here. He wouldn’t find any dragons searching like this, so yes. Now. Training. Seabreeze has no trouble against any present Pokémon. He’s more than capable of handling all the bugs and all the fighting-types. He got stronger. Seabreeze grew to Level 10! Paradise would have some trouble with the two latter bugs, due to Grass-typing. Not because of bug-moves, though, but because Karrablast knows Peck and Shelmet knows Acid. That said, Paradise was more than capable of Gusting the fighting-types present. It went well. Paradise grew to Level 10! Paradise learned Stomp! JoJo didn’t have much trouble either, at least against Fighting-types. Fairy-type prevented any bugs trying to prey on the Psychic-type, as well, so that went well. Jonathan grew to Level 11! Jonathan learned Disarming Voice! Finally, Celebrity, also Fairy-type. What are you, an anti-Fighting-type team? That said, Celebrity is part normal-type, hence takes neutral damage from Fighting-type moves. She’d have the greatest difficulty training here, but honestly, with Sing at her side that was pretty easy, too. Celebrity grew to Level 10! There, some training done. What now? The atmosphere in Highhill Town is much fresher than surrounding places, the buildings are older and the work as honest as ever. The old town is populated by elders and younglings aplenty, and the town has a culture of their own. Plenty of Pokémon assist with the work, either as work-force or the animals that work is being done on. One usually only crosses Highhill Town on a trip to or from Pureplain City. Regardless, it is a place of beauty. The fields around it are cultivated by hard-working people and Pokémon while the lake to the east gleams in the sunshine as fishermen attend it. There are small roads of asphalt spiraling up the hill to lead to all the old buildings, and children playing around in stairs or nature is very common. It is said that a trainer praying at the nearby Silent Shrine will be blessed on their journey, so many travel to Highhill Town just for that. There’s also a set of very ancient rocks spread about town, pointing out towards the lake on top of the hill with some engravings. What they mean? Nobody knows. Also, Highhill Town is the residence of a certain Move Changer, whose abilities are sought by some new trainers. What he can do? Visit him to find out.

1. The Zubats continued to circle Eryn as she headed into the waters and became the typical traveller that one imagines heading through Wet Caverns, wading through water while fending off Zubats. Eryn in particular did this through the Embers of Dei and, when they came too close, the Struggles of Tula. It should however be noted that Tula was taking a considerable amount of damage from her own Struggles like this, but perhaps that was needed in order to keep the Zubats away. Under the waters, some other fish were swimming. They were white, red, moderately large and with not insignificantly sized horns. It swims up rivers in schools when the weather grows warm. Also drifting about or sleeping on the bottom of the waters was a couple blue spherical heads belonging to some other form of Pokémon that feels at home in the fresh-water of Wet Caverns. Eryn might step on one if she wasn’t careful. It's slightly dull-witted. Moving ahead, the path split into multiple paths. From what she could see, she had two immediate choices, though up ahead one of those choices almost immediately split into three others. The river itself continued to the left. If she just followed it, she could see where the river went. She seemed to be able to hear voices in that direction? Chances were, if she went that way she wouldn’t be alone. To the right was a shore which she could wander up upon and then wander onwards to where the path split into three paths again. To the left there was a slight descent into a rocky tunnel, with plenty of sounds. Sounds of rocks rolling about and knocking into each other…? Straight ahead in that split led to a shallow stretch of water which was populated mostly by a crowd of small water-insects, dashing over the surface in search for algae to feed on. It wasn’t clear where the tunnel went, for there was a steep descent in the end of the tunnel. Pokédex Entry #283 – Surskit, the Pond Skater Pokémon. Really looked like sunlight, but as far as Eryn knew, she shouldn’t be out just yet. Zubats are still hounding her. Some Zubats definitely tried to swoop in to Leech Life at Dei as she held him on her shoulders, as he was the most obvious target. What would Eryn do?

Wet Caverns
The Wet Caverns, known so for the sheer amount of water drenching the contents. It’s a large series of tunnels with no real large open rooms, dividing itself up into a fairly simple maze going from one side to the other. The water inside the tunnels thankfully lit up the contents due to some shining mineral in the liquid, giving rise to a mildly lit set of tunnels. Many people prefer not to travel through the Wet Caverns due to them being long and easy to get lost in, in addition to the large amounts of hostile Pokémon which might attack at any time. Yet, here you are… Still. There are those who travel through it on a regular basis. Those who have learned the trick finds it a fairly easy shortcut between Lakewatch Town and Pureplain City. For enthusiasts there are always the options of delving deeper into the caverns, fishing or surfing to find out what kind of Pokémon might inhabit the depths and the shallow rivers that flow along the underground corridors. It is known to be fairly diverse when it comes to the Pokémon inhabiting it, giving trainers both water- and cave Pokémon to pick from when they want to catch something.

1. Oscar looked happy enough as dawkin handed back the staff to him. ‘Thank you. Your compassion shall not go unrewarded,’ Oscar plainly said, before handing something back to Dawkin. Dawkin obtained Team Virtue Emergency Code! ‘Call the Team Virtue Emergency Code, and you will be taken seriously by the whole organization of Team Virtue, once. ‘Oh, and here,’ Dawkin obtained Lunar Wing! ‘In case you run into her again. She tends to be more benevolent against those holding one of these feathers. They also guarantee pleasant dreams,’ Oscar explained. Meanwhile. ‘I am Darcie, of Worldedge City. My father investigates haunted areas, and I scan them. If you commonly examine places like this, we may meet again,’ the girl replied to Amelia, giving her a bow that almost made her Abra fall off her shoulder. Then, teleported over to the entrance. Oscar did his thing with the Team Virtue members, while Amelia addressed the ghosts. ‘Hm. This seems to be the case. Anton, Jonas, grunts! Retreat, back to base!’ Ivory commanded, making a wave with her hand to the rest of the forces. ‘Rrgh! I was sent out all the way here, just for this!?’ asked an obviously frustrated Anton, who nonetheless complied. ‘Now, now, don’t be like that! If things had gone badly, your presence might have saved us!’ Jonas tried to encourage his fellow elite, who wasn’t really having it. Now, Virtue was mostly stopping, while Amelia said her piece to the ghosts of Old Tombs. ‘Aegislash…’ the Aegislash commented, as the Goletts and the rest of his forces halted their advances. The boy which he’d been using to talk walked to stand at his side. ‘I sense a change in the winds. You succeeded with something, did you not? Impressive…’ Aegislash’s boy commented… before the boy suddenly blinked and fell, dazed but suddenly aware. ‘Huh? I was…’ ‘AEGISLASH!’ Aegislash commanded out, and the ghost-army turned on the spot, advancing back into the tomb. This left the boy lying there on the ground, considerably confused. Then, as they wandered in, more and more ghosts started stumbling to a bit, as Aegislash revoked his control over them, the ghosts regaining their normal wild status as soon as they were back within the tomb. ‘… Cofa.’ ‘… Gengar.’ Meanwhile, Cofagrigus, Gengar and their more wild forces were standing watching by the side, mostly just disappointed they weren’t allowed to fight more. However, it would seem that the current quest was over. … That’s when a couple Yamasks flew over to Amelia and Dawkin. They were exceedingly grateful. Something terrible had been going on, and it was now resolved. The Yamasks were carrying something between them, which they now offered to Amelia and Dawkin. One to each of them. A treasure from deep within the Old Tombs… Amelia obtained Relic Gold! Dawkin obtained Relic Gold! … Then a big Golurk came walking towards Amelia. It stopped right in front of her, behind which Aegislash hovered after having gotten the ghost-army back into the tombs. And, due to the need to communicate, he’s going to temporarily take over the poor boy over there again. ‘We and our master was not the only things that were freed when that woman damaged the seal. This, which we do not know what it is, had been sealed down there with us. We do not know its purpose. We’re handing it to you, as thanks for your services this day.’ With that, Golurk handed something over to Amelia… Amelia obtained Mysterious Orb! … That’s about it. What will Amelia and Dawkin do no- ‘DRIFLOON GIRL!’ suddenly a voice called out. Amelia would find that Jonas dashed towards her, Vanillite following frenetically behind before Jonas basically crashed at her feet with head into the ground. ‘I’m so happy you’re safe and not kidnapped into a faraway land never to be seen again! I work every day to ensure incidents like the one we went through before can be avoided! I apologize for any and all discomfort I caused you, but I really, REALLY was just trying to save you from that Drifloon…!’ … So the kneeling man was saying to Amelia. Anyways. He can be totally ignored. What will Dawkin and Amelia do?

Old Tombs
A perfect mix of sand, civilization and senescence. The old tombs are once grand halls construed out of a rocky interior decimated by time. Old buildings still stand, magnifique in their architecture and proud in their stature, showing the grace of a time long by. The halls lead deeper, but many of the passages are blocked by the sands of the desert, which has leaked inside through unintended openings that has broken up by time or digging. Who knows what kind of wonders await down inside the different buildings that still stand down here, or what kind of creatures still stirr in the wake of the civilization that once stood here. Because all the writings and discoveries that have been decoded here point to the same thing; these are tombs. Magnificent and deep tombs that lead who knows where, protected by the same protectors that once protected the civilization above ground as well. These protectors still walk these halls, threatening those who would wander them.

1. Find Pokémon.
