Decided to introduce a second character into it. I wasn't going to do it, but making The Zone in continuity actually inspired me to do this. It's not done yet, but it's 2:30am and i need to make sure its saved. I think it'll be fun.

[hider=Powers And Abilities][b]Mutant Vampire:[/b] Morbius' powers stem from his research into adapting the supernatural properties of monsters into humans. Although, he himself is more of a mutant due to his DNA being crossed with that of a Vampire-Bat, as well as a little bit of Vampire blood, rather than the blood curse of Nosforatu, he nonetheless shares certain powers commonly associated with the Homonus Nocturni.
[i]*Super Strength:[/i] Even at his weakest, he is still easily able to lift a ton over his head.
[i]*Super Durability:[/i] Like most vampires, conventional weapons have little effect on his body. Bullets can stun him and cause him great deals of pain, but can't kill him. He is also incredibly resistant to blunt-force-trauma.
[i]*Super Speed:[/i] Whereas not able to outrun a speeding bullet, he is able to outrun any non-powered human, his top speed is around 40mph.
[i]*Super Stamina:[/i] Due to his blood being different, his body produces little in the way of fatigue toxins, allowing him to push his maximum potential for hours at a time, without rest.
[i]*Supernatural Reflexes:[/i] Whilst not Spider-Senses, he is able to react to stimuli almost 20x faster than the average human.
[i]*Acute senses:[/i] Due to his increased physical traits, it has yielded amazing superhuman senses. He can see in the dark, his sense of smell is better than most dogs, his hearing is on the level of a Bat's.
[i]*Super Regenerative Healing:[/i] Although not as amazing as Wolverine's, his healing rate is beyond most any naturally occuring creature. He recovers from simple cuts and scratches in minutes. And, although not good enough to regrow internal organs, he can regrow lost limbs if he can rest for about a week.
[i]*Claws and Teeth:[/i] Like any vampire, he must feast on fresh blood 2-3 times a week to keep his strength. To help him with this, his canines have increased in size, as has his finger-nails into razor-sharp claws.
[i]*Immunity to Typical Vampire Weaknesses:[/i] Unlike typical vampires, he is uneffected by holy symbols, silver and oak weapons or sunlight.
[i]*Blood Absorption:[/i] Possibly Morbius' most interesting power. His blood is hungry, it needs to consume more blood and is not against turning on itself. If he doesn't drink blood for long enough, he will die a very painful death as his body consumes itself. However, this does have its advantages. His blood only takes on the most desirable traits of whatever it consumes. Essentially, he can gain the powers of beings that he consumes the blood of. Generally this can happen purely at random. If he bites superman, he doesn't necessarily gain the entire kryptonian physiology, but it might give him Heat Vision or Super Breath or Flight.

[b]Genius Level Intellect:[/b] Before this whole Vampire business, Morbius was the foremost authorities on genetics on all of Greece. He has retained his vast knowledge, despite his transformation.[/hider]
[hider=Weaknesses] [b]Vampiric Weaknesses:[/b] Due to being partially vampiric, he does have several of the problems that go along with it.
[i]Vampiric Hunger:[/i]that he MUST feast on living blood at least 2-3 times a week. The main problem is that other animals can sustain him, but he must feast on human blood at least once a week or he slowly loses his sanity until he is forced to feast.
[i]Garlic allergy:[/i] This one isn't strictly related to his vampiric abilities, he has always suffered from a mild allergy to Garlic. Ironic, isn't it?
[i]Sunlight sensitivity:[/i] Unlike other vampires that explode when sunlight hits them, Morbius finds that exposure to sunlight makes his skin hypersensitive. Mild cuts that he would otherwise ignore are now agonizingly painful. Punches from some punk feel like being shot.

Sense-Overstimulation: Having superior sight, smell and hearing can come at a disadvantage. Although sunlight doesn't hurt him, he finds it difficult to see in the sun, he also finds his skin becoming more sensitive during the day. Certain smells can overpower him and sounds that would be annoying to a human might be deafening to him.

Little Formal Combat Training: Despite being incredibly strong, he has little in the way of actual combat experience, in battle, he rellies fully on his powers to carry him.

Minimal Firearms training: He has fired a number of guns in his time as a vampire slayer, but he is far from a marksman.[/hider]

His choice of garb is a black jumpsuit that helped him blend in when stalking Vampires, but now wears a trenchcoat over it, along with a hat, so that he can turn up the collar and easily hide his face when forced to walk around in public. His eyes are huge and his sclera is red

Jubilation Lee, known to her friends as Jubilee, she was the daughter of a pair of rich chinese moguls, living in America. The Head of the gymnastics team, a cheerleader for the football team and also a dab-hand at chess. Then the fateful weekend came. Her parents went on a trip to Hong-Kong and she threw a house party. She was just getting close to Brad the captain of the Football team, when she felt something welling inside of her... And the next thing she knew, the house was on fire. Escaping outside, she couldn't contain herself, the "fireworks" blasting everywhere. Her parents had lost everything in a stock market crash and when they found that she had destroyed the house, they threw her out.

Alone and on the busy streets, she was quickly found by a very nice man who took her in, unfortunately, this turned out to be a trap, when he took her straight to his boss, a large, hulking monstrosity that bit her neck and drained her blood, before throwing her back onto the streets. She slowly went nuts and began eating people. Eventually, she made her way to Los Angeles, where a good Vampire managed to give her a Gypsie Amulet that suppresses the demon inside of her, allowing her to keep her power, but keep the demon out of the driving seat.[/hider]

Once refered to as "Angelus, the Scourge of Europe" and "The Demon with the Face of an Angel" he was the most sadistic killer known to the vampire community. He took great pleasure in slaughtering whole towns, as well as corrupting religious figures and then turning them. Angelus' rampage came to an end in the late 1800's, when he slaughtered a village of gypsies. Before the elder died, she bestowed a curse on him, to return his soul to him, to allow him to know remorse and anguish over everyone that he had slaughtered, but to never allow him to know happiness. If he ever knew true happiness, then the curse would be broken and he would return to his mindless killing. With his newfound soul, he began to seek a way to repay the immense debt that Angelus had racked up. He moved to Los Angeles and set up a private detective agency, specifically for the paranormal.

James Ewell Brown Stuart, the legendary Confederate commander. Everyone knows the story. Born in Laurel Hill, Patrick County, Virginia on the 6th of February 1833 and was later enrolled at West Point military academy. Commissioned in 1854 second lieutenant of cavalry. He later married Flora Cooke the daughter of Colonel Philip St George Cooke. The couple had two children Jeb Stuart, Jr. and Virginia Stuart. The name Jeb would be carried down the generations of his decedents. At the outbreak of the Civil War, J.E.B fought in the Battle of Bull Run. He was put in command of the Confederate Cavalry under General Robert E. Lee but was fatally wounded in 1864 at Yellow Tavern, Virginia, during the Battle of Richmond.

What many people don't know is that Jeb may have died, but his soul didn't pass. He continued to fight for America, even after his body was destroyed. During the many wars since, American tank-crews have reported that, in times of dire need, they would hear the sounds of bugles, before a ghostly apparition took control of their tank and began to use it with super-human accuracy, the hull bouncing shells that should have penetrated, the gun piercing armour that it never should have and the vehicle moving at speeds it just isn't capable of. [b]J.A.K.E.[/b] - Also known as G.I. Robot, he was created by the late Professor Thompson of MIT. He was designed to replace humans in the battlefield, but in order to test him, he was sent into Nazi-controlled Europe with the Creature Commandoes. Even though he lacks a true personality, over the years, he has learned to understand humour, as well as spout one-liners, regardless of whether he knows what they mean or not.
[b]Dr. Myrra Rhodes[/b] - Also known as Dr. Medusa. After inhaling strange fumes, she grew snakes for hair and became a Gorgon, she can turn people to stone by looking them straight in the eyes.
[b]Pvt. Elliot "Lucky" Taylor[/b] - Lucky was a basic soldier, good background, used to play Football. After joining the Army, he took part in the African Campaign and barely survived stepping on a mine. He was stitched back together against his will, so he resembles Frankenstein's monster and has damaged vocal cords.
[b]Sgt. Vincent Velcro[/b] - Velcro volunteered for a super-soldier project in order to commute a 30-year sentence in the brig for crippling an officer. The serum turned him into something that resembles a vampire, growing immense wings and requiring to feed on blood to survive.
[b]Cpl. Khalis[/b] - A mummy who serves as the team medic. Her origin and abilities are classified/unknown.

Heralding from ancient Atlantis, before it sank, Varnae was a great scholar, who discovered how to talk to demons. No one knows exactly what happened next, but most who know his story believe that he sunk Atlantis with his power. He cut a bloody swath cross Europe, Africa and Asia, with every creature he consumed, he became stronger and stronger, eventually, he stopped resembling a human. But time has taken a heavy toll on him. Although he is, without a doubt, one of, if not the, strong vampires that ever lived, his mind has failed him. He has no real focus, wanders aimlessly, every so often, he comes up with a world conquering plan, but if he gets distracted, he will forget the plan completely. His followers bring him fresh meat, because he can't even hunt by himself without forgetting where he is and just starting to mindlessly slaughter all around him.[/hider]

*Morbius in this rendition is German, not Greek.
*Morbius isn't looking for a cure for his own vampirism, more that he's looking for a cure for his wife. Speaking of which, one of the differences is that he is married.
*In this, he has no specific links to Spider-Man, other than the fact that he did work for the German Oscorp division.
*For this, i'm going to be using the Vampire rules from "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" in that Vampires are humans that are possessed by Demons, the biting process injects a special venom that grants immense power to the infected, but the bite also leaves a special demonic charm that calls a minor demon to possess the host, meaning that those who are infused with Vampire blood through a less conventional method aren't possessed and retain their humanity.

[b]Story Overview:[/b] Michael was born in Stuttgart, Germany. his father, a philosopher and mother a Doctor, he took more after his mother, growing up fascinated in the ways of science, he was constantly at odds with his father, who had always wanted his son to become a philosopher, this animosity only grew when, at the age of 13, he lost his mother to a car accident. His father and he grew very distant before he went to medical school and studied biology and biogenetics. His life seemed to be going in a good direction, that was until his first encounter with her...

Walking home from a lecture one night, he was attacked by a Vampire that beat him half to death, before attempting to turn him, before the creature could bite him, however, he was found by Rachel Van Helsing, the Vampire hunter, who slew the creature. After she saved him, he became enamoured with her and followed her, offering his assistance as a researcher. He and Rachel eventually fell in love and were married. Although Michael wasn't much of a fighter, he developed multiple new, Anti-Vampire bio-weapons for Rachel to use in her fights. He also got to meet other monsterous entities from across the world, some friendly, some not so much. One that they did find was a friendly Vampire in Los Angeles, as well as, in Egypt, a team of American Commando's made up of monsters. Eventually, Rachel fell pregnant and it seemed as though their lives were almost complete... Then one day, Rachel fell ill. She lost the baby, before soon losing her ability to breathe properly. She was diagnosed with "McGregor's Syndrome" which was thought completely incurable, but, after a bit of research, his findings brought him to someone online by the name of "HOI"

Michael and HOI corresponded for quite some time as they worked together on a cure and made some good headway, they even developed a stop-gap for stage one patients, such as Rachel, where they could put her into a medically induced coma and keep her under indefinitely. However, their working together was cut short when HOI stopped connecting and then, the funds that they were sharing in a bank account were frozen. Going underground in Greece, Michael continued to hunt vampires until he came to the realization that, perhaps, they could be the answer. Vampires contained incredible healing powers, he had never even heard of one getting sick. He managed to capture one and began to work on adapting the Vampiric genetics to synthesize a cure. But, without HOI's help, he quickly ran into walls. Specifically, he ran out of samples from Nora's advanced stage 3 and was forced to run tests on Vamprie Bats that he infected. Finally, he managed to synthesize what he believed to be a mutagen that would give humans the healing factor of Vampires, with no other choice, his first test subject was himself. What happened next, he had no idea, but when he came to, he was surrounded by a dead biker gang and he had mutated...

Getting home, he looked in the mirror to find himself horrifically mutated and with a taste for blood... Not wanting to accept what he was, a full-blooded vampire, he grabbed a silver stake and drove it through his own heart. He waited and waited, but death didn't come for him. He threw himself into the sun, but again, death was no-where to be seen. After some quick tests, he found that he wasn't a vampire in the typical sense. He was... Something else... He tried to correspond with several other scientists that he knew, but nobody was willing to return his messages. Those that were quickly stopped replying as soon as he brought the word "Vampire" into the conversation. HOI finally came back online and he arranged to finally meet HOI.

[hider=Sample Post]*Camera shakes a little as it is put onto the stand. A handsome man sits down in front of it, his face clearly bruised and scratched.* "Hi, guys, it's me again. I know that you guys are only here to hear my thesis on the integration of Animal DNA into humans, but i need to tell you about this... I just got attacked by a Vampire. I know, right, it's crazy, but i was saved by..." He looked up and his eyes fluttered. "Ahhh... The prettiest woman you have ever seen." He then composed himself. "Look, i know that this sounds insane, but i need to meet her again." He sat, trying to figure out what to say. "To hell with this, i'm going to find her, right now, i'll keep searching till i do so. I need to meet her again." He pressed a button on the back of the recorder and it shut off.

*The Camera turns on to reveal the man covered in scratches* "I'm sorry, i should have told you all about this in advance, but..." he grinned a joyful grin. "I've just killed a vampire. Like, stake through the heart and everything! Can you believe it? I mean, i thought i'd be covered in blood, but it just turns to ash the moment you kill the bastards." He shook visibly in excitement. "I've never felt so alive!!!!! Oh, yeah, i found the girl again and she agreed to meet me tomorrow night. I need to shower. Bye!" *The camera turned off*

*The camera turns on to reveal the same man with his wounds healed.* "Sorry for not replying for the last few months, i've been really busy. I found her, her name is Rachel and... Well, i don't want to say we're dating, but-" At that point, the door opened and the pretty blond woman walked in.

"Hey, Mike, i've been looking over the blueprints of your UV Grenades and... Are you recording a Vlog?" the man grabbed the camera.

"No!" He replied as it turns off.

*The camera turns on to see the man now with a full beard.* "Well, this has been a crazy as hell year... Rache is sleeping, it was a hell of a honeymoon... Oh yeah." he revealed his wedding ring to the camera. "You would not believe HALF of the shit i have seen travelling around the world. Met some really nice guys and gals in Egypt, killed a LOT of Vampires. Met a... Well, let's just say a crazy old war vet in Russia. Really nice guy..."

"Come to bed, Mike..." A sultry voice cooed. The man shrugged, before reaching behind the camera and it turning off.

*The camera turns on as Michael is carrying a box* "Hey, Rache, it does still work." He said. "Well, here it is, our new house. I got a promtion at the lab, i'm now a team leader, so now we can afford the space." He carried the box into the bedroom, before he pointed it at Rachel "Say something funny." He said. She laughed, then held up a long object with 2 red stripes on it. "The hell is that?" *The camera tumbled to the ground as the box also smashed to the floor and the camera cut out*

*The camera turned on and the man slumped down into the chair in front of the camera. He had a bottle of whisky in his hands.* "I..." He staired at the camera for a solid minute. "W..." He buried his face in his hands as the sounds of soft sobbing could be heard. "So... I'm just gonna come out and say it. We lost th-" At that point, he broke down and started to bawl his eyes out. "Fuck..." He groaned. He turned the camera off.

*The camera turned on to find the man with bags under his eyes.* "Rachel has been... Tired... Coughing... I thought it was just the miscarriage... Just got the results back... McGregor's syndrome." He took a long drag on a cigarette. "No cure..." He took another long drag. "Now, there is good news and bad news... The good news is that i have found the foremost authority on McGregor's Syndrome.  We've had a good, long talk and i have found a way to stabilize her. We've managed to put her into a sustained chemically induced coma that is keeping her in a form of stasis, The tumor isn't growing, but she can't remain conscious." He took another long drag of the cigarette. "The man... I think it's a Man... Anyway, his name is HOI. Claims that he can't say anything about who he is." He swore under his breath. "I REALLY don't want to get into the proverbial bed with this man. But he claims to be the foremost authority on McGregor's syndrome and has given me access to an immense wealth of resources... What choice do i have?" He then turned off the camera.

*The Camera was facing vampire tied down to a table as Michael took blood, it thrashed around as he backed off, then immediately, it turned to see several Bat's in cages with Morbius injecting them with a substance. Several more reels of him stabbing them. He wiped away the blood, before finally stabbing a last one that screamed, but seconds later, had healed. He stabbed it again, before looking into the bat's eyes. He saw it follow the finger. He then threw his arms up in the air.*

*He turned on the camera and sat down. "Uuuuuhhh... Right... HOI has gone dark and our assets have been frozen... This no doubt means that the money was stolen and the police will be coming for me soon. I've been forced underground... And now..." He pulled a out a syringe. "After 10 successful animal tests in a row... It's ready as it can ever be." He stared into it. "If this works... We'll be immortal... And maybe i can save HOI..." He smiled a little, then proceeded to tie a band around his arm, before searching for a vein. "One small step for man... One giant leap for mankind..." He pressed the serum into his arm and pressed the plunger. He then grabbed his arm. "FFFFFuck..." He groaned. He then fell to the ground and a demonic roar could be heard as he smashed the Camera over. The camera caught his eyes turn red before it cut out.

*The Camera was close to his face as he turned it on.* "My god... What have i done?" He asked as he looked into the hideous face "I... I am... A MONSTER!!!" He roared before smashing the camera.

*The Gotham News starts* "Hello, it's the news at 6 and i am your host Gordon Godfrey. Tonight on GCN." *The footage shows a football star scoring a touchdown* "The Gotham Knights have done it again with their 7th consecutive win of the season, details at 7." *The footage then showed a boat on its side, beached in the harbour* "But our main story, a Greek freighter has washed up on the shores of Gotham Harbour in the early hours of the morning, all onboard dead. We now go live to Vicki Vale for more details. Vicki?" *The camera cuts to a side-by-side shot with Godfrey and Vicki, who was at the port, standing near the boat.*

"Thanks Gordon, yes, it's a harrowing scene here at Gotham Waterfront as a small freighter washes up on shore with all hands lost. All of the bodies were still onboard and all crew was accounted for, the police are currently investigating the possibility of Piracy." Gordon nodded.

"Yes, but what about the rumours of the neck bites?" Gordon asked. Vicki froze for a second, before gulping and looking at someone behind the camera.

The man continued running, as the shaky camera showed some kind of shadowy figure was seen against the moonlit backdrop. "Yo is that the f****n' Batman?! YO NIKO, I F****N' TOLD YOU HE WAS REAL!!!" He called, the man continued to run towards the ship. "Yo, Batman, me and the boys are here to help, whadya need?" At that point, the Shadowy figure began to run off down the beach at inhuman speeds. "BATMAN!!! WHERE YOU GOIN'?!"
