Physical Description: Daniela weighs around 135 pounds and is around 5'11 in height. She normally wears a Black T-shirt and blue jeans with grey tennis shoes

Mutations: Ability to manipulate electricity, fire electrical blasts from her hands and absorb limited amounts of electricity.

Personality: Despite the recent circumstances that found her at the Ashford Institute for the Gifted, she has a somewhat questioning demeanor when it comes to new people. She's a bit uneasy around Mutants she's not familiar with due to the circumstances that brought her to the Ashford Institute.

Background: Daniela isn't really sure of the circumstances of how she was born or where she was born. She knows she was adopted after sneaking a look at some hospital papers that were carelessly left out one day while visiting the Doctor's office but every time the subject was brought up, it was swiftly dropped and the topic redirected. Eventually she simply came to the conclusion that her birth parents simply didn't want her and accepted that the family that raised her were the ones who truly loved and cared for her. Daniela had a fairly average childhood. She made a number of friends, graduated High school as an average student and as soon as she graduated she and a number of her friends set off on a summer road trip. 

Unknown to her at the time, this was a bad decision.

After loading up the car and turning up the radio, the three friends set off on their road trip and found themselves traveling across the country. They stopped in a number of famous cities until they eventually found themselves in New York. This was supposed to be the Highlight of the trip and for a few days it was. Looking back on it, Daniela found it was the last time she would have fun with her friends.

On the fourth day in New York, a battle erupted between a group of small-time meta-human villains and a few aspiring heroes who felt that civilian casualties were acceptable while trying to take down their villainous counterparts. One of Daniela's friends was killed when Daniela's vehicle was crushed by debris and Daniela herself was badly wounded when she was nearly crushed beneath a power pole. The wires on the power pole were sparking wildly as the battle raged nearby and Daniela could only watch in horror as the aspiring heroes were finally cut down and the villains turned their attention to the few survivors. Daniela could feel complete and utter terror rising up in her as one of them approached her and grinned down at her with a sadistic smile. 

It was at the moment that one of the live wires touched Daniela's back and moments later, a blast of electricity erupted from her where the wire had made contact. The last thing she remembered was a flash of light filling the area and a terrified expression on her would-be-killer's face. After waking up and managing to free herself, she found the charred bodies of four people nearby, including her other friend, two people she didn't know and the villain. 

Daniela immediately ran away and has been running from the authorities ever since.


Recap of your mutations awakening: Complete and utter terror and a jolt of electricity caused her mutant abilities to awaken. At the moment, she has little control over them and when under severe stress or terror she tends to completely lose control over her abilities and her power tends to explode outward.
