Except the neighbors dog that picked a fight with mine. I normally don't mind keeping your dog on a leash at all times like the housing laws demand, because I keep Papa unleashed while I'm in the yard with him, but this chick just tosses her dogs out front, and they go chasing anything or one down. I'm tired of it.
