My pirate isn't going to be a captain, so you can't join his crew; you'd have to ask Reflection about that.

As for Ricardo, are you looking for someone to reign Han in a bit? Seems like Han would be the troublesome new recruit that Ricardo would take under his wing in some misguided attempt to straighten him out. Maybe we could work something out like that?
