So, I may have gotten a little carried away setting this guy up. I love creating villains so I tend to build them up big even if right after they're beaten they'd be the equivalent to Mr. 3. [hider=spoiler unless you've reached Dressrosa arc]]Would've said Buggy but he's a freaking Warlord so yeah.[/hider] One Piece is weird but brilliant.

Anyway, this Arkin guy isn't gonna amount to much once he's beaten. He's fairly weak and is really only a jump pad for the Crimson-Cloaks.
