I would prefer more than twice a week. slow activity causes the RP to die down, yet too much activity causes people to drop out because they can't keep up..

And as for casual, I don't really care for a maximum/minimum. I personally prefer quality over quanity. If its a really good, and driven post, then i won't mind it being short.

You can create any character you'd like, or pick your favorite hero, but i don't really want anyone too big like Stark or Thor stealing the show. Its a Cap RP. If you can make someone fit into it, go for it!
