[b][i][color=9e0039]Devil Fruit/Abilities:[/color][/i][/b] Phin possesses no Devil fruit power, but he does have the typical abilities of a Fishman. Naturally strong, more so in the sea, Phin is capable of overwhelming strong bursts of speed. The dark stripes lining his body allow for a rather stealthy hunter, and in darker waters, his eyes are able to use the most minute amount of light to see.

	Phin has never once struck a foe with this weapon, instead relying on his sharp claws and teeth. This six sided  boomerang is usually resting on his belt and serves as a tool to control the battle field. Phin can spin Twister so fast that it can create small vortexes and even send out quick bursts or air. This effect is much stronger underwater and is usually used to divert or absorb some devil fruit abiliities.
