Her fashion often shifts between tight clothes, often showing an immense amount of skin, and over the top outfits that wouldn't be out of place on a fashion show. Jewelry is commonly worn, and she has both pieced ears and a pierced nostril. Her nails, usually unpolished in uniform, are flamboyantly painted when out of it.

Distinguishing Features:Sayori is tanned and bleaches her hair, much to the dismay of her parents. She's also poorly endowed, and compensates by drawing attention to her lower half.
PERSONALITY
Sayori seems at first to be a kind and playful young girl, treating friends well, with only light teasing. However, this is only a facade, and Sayori is in fact, a rather malicious person. Sayori will use flirtation and teasing to drive people against each-other entirely for her own amusement. Sayori sees most other students as toys for her own amusement, and will bully and ridicule them. However, when Sayori is around someone she legitimately likes, she acts just as kindly as her facade suggests, though maintaining a coldness about her that suggests that nobody truly knows who she is, but when around someone she really likes (yes, that way), all evidence of a coldness and impenetrability disappears and she suddenly becomes a giggly mess. Those that Sayori really likes (Again, that way) will receive far more teasing than anyone else, but it will be friendly teasing, compared to her brutal character assaults when speaking to someone she doesn't like, and if anyone else seems to express an interest or a dislike of that person (Who she likes in that way)? Sayori's personality turns black as the night sky. Sayori is a capable liar, and will lie even when it's not particularly necessary, especially if it aids her in one of her "campaigns", or her ambitions, of which she has many. Though Sayori will often do things for gratification in the moment, many of her actions are done to achieve goals far in the future. Manipulative, bullying, and smug, Sayori is... well, honestly a bitch, but she has some morality and some lines she won't cross. So, that's better than nothing?
HISTORY
Saito Sayori was born in Fukuoka Prefecture, her mother was half-Korean. Sayori had an average childhood, regular fare. Sayori's quirk manifesting had some impact on her life, but hopping into a power outlet in class to get out of doing math wasn't a major life event. Sayori's life began changing severely when her father suffered a career-ending injury. With the family's main breadwinner out of commission, Sayori and her mother both had to work extremely hard, and Sayori's already low stamina only got worse. Her eyes became bagged and her health deteriorated. Sayori needed something, anything, to cheer herself up. She found it through two things: Fashion, which she took up with gusto, entering the gyaru subculture, and bullying, which she began doing at an immense volume to basically everyone who crossed her path. She finally had an escape from her miserable, overworked state, and quickly gathered a clique of fellow fashionistas under her leadership. She did need a future though... she didn't want to work in an office, she looked too good for that, but modeling... she'd have to go without a bra for that! Not an option! Wait, something that would let her show off, while still remaining un-eyeball-molested, as well as letting her use her quirk to stop from being overly exhausted was being a hero! And those hot heroes got a crapton of money too! Yeah... that made so much sense! It totally wasn't because she saw the muscular bodies of those heroes and got a bit bothered, that was nonsense!
TRANSFORMATION TYPE QUIRK: SHOCK BATTERY
Short Quirk explanation: Sayori can transform into a form of pure electricity in a vaguely humanoid shape. In this form she can travel like an electrical current and absorb electricity into herself.
OTHERS
Likes: Jewelry, fashion, flirting, shopping, relaxing, mocking.

Dislikes: Losers, people who bully people she likes, working too hard, sushi, tea.

Fears: Sayori is afraid of ever being seen as vulnerable, and will do anything to maintain her unbothered air.

Ivanjiin Tömörbaatar

"The eyes are the window to the soul, and my house has many windows." — The man himself

NAME
Tomorbaatar "Tomor". His right eye had the same mutation until he gouged it out.
PERSONALITY
Tomor is a quiet and introspective young man, who enjoys using his quirk to creep people out as an icebreaker. He is kind despite his introverted nature, and is capable of acts of great kindness. Tomor can also be rather snarky, often at his own expense, though he is more than willing to snark at someone else should he find them distasteful. He also enjoys pretending that he's a cultist of some description, often crying out about the "old gods" and other apocalyptic nonsense, though he understands when he's taken it too far and can bring it back down when someone is obviously uncomfortable. He enjoys eldrich and occult aesthetics, and seeks to eventually be known as "the occult hero". For all his jokey kindness, Tomor also has a darker side. He suffers extreme emotional episodes quite often, and has a history of violence against himself. During these episodes he often walks around in a melancholy haze, barely acknowledging anyone, and if talked to he will respond in single words, punctuating every word with a sigh.
HISTORY
A purebred Mongolian, Tomorbaatar Ivanjiin, known as "Tomor", was born in a yurt somewhere in the steppes of Mongolia to a man named Ivan, and a woman named Jerche, the second of three children. The traditional life of a Mongolian on the steppes was not easy, the life of a nomad denied of modern comforts. Ivan, himself originally born in Ulaanbaatar, had taken up this lifestyle to get back to his roots, but quickly felt dissatisfied. Tomor knew how to ride a horse by the time he was eight, and still feels a strong connection with those animals. Tomor quickly established himself as somewhat of a problem child, often stealing parts from the family's hunting quarry to turn into occult instruments, often ruining their potential as a meal in the process. His father did not appreciate this in the slightest, and strictly taught his son to control his bizarre behavior, through physical violence if necessary. This was an early sign of Tomor's obsession with the aesthetic of the occult, which is a defining trait of his current appearance. Ivan's dissatisfaction with the nomadic lifestyle would be sated when he returned to Ulaanbaatar and entered a strongman competition for the fun of it. A massive man, Ivan was unaware that these competitions were often used by Japanese scouts to search for potential sumo wrestlers, competitors in a Mongolian-dominated sport. Ivan impressed them, and soon packed up all of his family's meager belongings and moved to Japan. Tomor managed to pick up Japanese easily, and became obsessed with the nation's hero scene. Tomor, however, despite his efforts to control it, became extremely depressed. He succeeded in school but was constantly fighting with himself to keep his emotions in check. Just as he was about to graduate and choose a hero school, he snapped, and a severe emotional breakdown occurred, one that would leave him confined to a hospital. During this, he gouged out his own right eye, thankfully his quirk allowed him to replace it, but it was a horrific demonstration of how broken Tomor was. No longer able to enter a good hero school with his worrying tenancies, Tomor, pleading that he was capable of controlling it, and that he had a moment of weakness, managed to get into LOSER (With some help from his father, who canvassed and harassed, yelling about how wonderful his son was and how much of a mistake was being made by turning him away).
EMITTER CLASS QUIRK: Eyes a'Plenty
Short Quirk explanation: Tomor can generate many eyes on any object, he can see through these eyes as if they were his own..
OTHERS Put anything else you'd like in here, but be sure to include what is already listed.
Likes: Incense, fire, baubles, theology, Lovecraft, experimenting with gasses, being spooky, stand-up comedy.

Dislikes: Abusers, perverts, being alone, being hated, Stories where the good guys win, people not being scared of his attempts to be frightening.
