Name: Magilou. Her real name is generally kept hidden for Reasons.
Gender: Female
Appearance: She is a witch. Probably
Personality:
A strange, quirky girl seemingly lacking a serious bone in her body, Magilou does not concern herself too much with formality, preferring to go along with the flow and coast her way to... wherever she seems to be going. Though a lot more insightful and wise than she lets on, this isn't shown off too often, leaving others to deal with a strange witch that gives round-about answers to the most mundane of questions. She prefers to give as little insight to her thoughts as possible, which can make any half-serious remark or observation all the more surprising to hear. Magilou seems to like the shroud of mystery she's cloaked herself in, and relishes in little lies and jokes to tease the more gullible folk listening to her tall tales. While punishing Bienfu for his desperate warnings and dreaded recollections of their time together. Brief History:
A self-proclaimed witch first seen in-story within a prison island, she makes her escape during a jailbreak to seek out her former pact-partner Bienfu, who had previously betrayed her. Once reunited, she joins Velvet Crowe in her quest for revenge, more or less along for the ride with little reason to even be around, though her ties to the Abbey are eventually revealed. Despite her detached commentary, she eventually formed a bond with her companions, joining them in ultimately fighting the Shepherd Artorius, before the group all went their separate ways.
Universe of Origin: Tales of Berseria
Equipment:
Wields a "Guardian", which is a piece of paper. It can stretch to the skies and smack things. It's a really sturdy bit of paper. She can even create copies of it, or use it to fly through the air if so inclined. There's also her... skirt made of tomes. Apparently, they all contain knowledge on various subjects, but good luck finding out if that's true or not.
Abilities:
Due to her pact with her Malakhim, Bienfu, Magilou can cast a variety of spells, known as 'Malak Artes'. Mostly fire or water-elemental in nature, but not exclusively so. Magilous can also use some 'Healing Artes' to assist with healing minor injuries or resuscitating an unconscious person. She is not a close-quarters fighter at all, but in such a situation, her style is a bit erratic and silly, from waving her Guardian around clumsily, to using it as a springboard for quick escapes.
Other:
As noted, Magilou needs Bienfu to cast her spells, and is thus always accompanied by this dapper fellow. While he's visible to the general populace in Berseria, whether or not Malakhim in general can be seen depends on all kinds of factors in-universe. Let's skip all that and assume he can be seen when present. Also, adapting her ability to counter enemy spells by stealing their casts is too annoying, so let's ignore that bit.
