SWAT tilted his head slightly, watching Presidio with interest as she formed her layers of armor. After a few seconds he replied, [color=orangered]"I would like you to form a protective shell around me as well. Preferably something I can still be mobile in."[/color] Whether or not she had the time or chose to do so was entirely up to her. For the duration of the flight SWAT rechecked his equipment to ensure their performance.

Then Judah glanced at Slingshot as he lost his lunch. He chuckled to himself and thought, [color=orangered][i]Rookies.[/i][/color] Everyone in their line of work had to go through the crucible at some point. Judah was just glad the kid had experienced people like 4Sight to guide him during his. Judah patted him reassuringly on the shoulder and spoke through his comm, [color=orangered]"It'll be alright. I need your help. When we touchdown lift me onto one of the higher buildings so I can begin talking to the kidnapper."[/color]

The ride continued uneventfully to their destination.  When they arrived on scene, SWAT hopped out of the heli with his megaphone, and took in the sights. His tinker tech eye fixated upon the parahuman suspended in the air and a helicopter held up by nothing other then her string powers. It was very similar to another parahuman he worked with years ago. Judah wondered what similarities the two had. [color=orangered]"I wonder if she's psychotic as well..."[/color] he muttered to himself. 

As if to answer his musings, multiple deadly threads crashed below Spindle's perch. She demanded to talk and dropped her megaphone below. [i][color=orangered]Definitely psychotic..[/color][/i] He thought to himself.  

Then Judah looked over to 4Sight and asked, [color=orangered]"Permission to get in as close as possible to her on that roof. With my powers and this megaphone I can begin negotiations."[/color] He pointed to a relatively tall building in the vicinity. With the extra height, Judah's powers would be able to reach the kidnapper. Albeit, at their limit. 

With 4Sight's permission, Slingshot's gravity assist, and Presidio's forcefield's SWAT felt he could lay the groundwork for some productive negotiations. At the same time, it would afford the others time to begin locating the hostages and freeing them if things went south.
