Her BWH ratio is off the charts at 40-25-33 if measures in inches and 102-64-84 if measured in centimeters; it's a wonder she can actually fit into anything. Rokume is practically forced into wearing large-sized skirts and extra-large-sized jackets because of the sheer size of her "assets". The most intimidating thing about Rokume's appearance is the mask that she wears across the lower part of her face, in combination with that cold, indifferent gaze that she has to her all the time. The majority of her right arm is robotic, with only the shoulder area still being of bone and sinew. Rokume typically communicates via sign language using her left hand, but her mask can detect which signs she's using and project speech based off those signs, in which case the "mouth" will glow and dissipate between signs. It has a synthetic and eerie depth to its voice; it's the kind of deep you'd imagine from a male as opposed to a female.

[sub]Personality:[/sub]
Ever the silent brooding type, Rokume will typically close herself off to the world without a care to be had. She can get rather surly when she's approached, which doesn't help the naturally scary vibe that she gives off as it is; the one saving grace is that she's actually rather difficult to provoke. Unsurprisingly, Rokume is an anti-socialist, and even if she is expected to converse, she'll keep her statements brief and to the point. She may be a little rough around the edges for anyone's liking, but Rokume was never there to make friends. She was there to learn what it'd be like to be a hero... or rather, discover whether there's any real point to it. She may prefer to settle disputes with her fists instead of her words, but that doesn't mean to say that Rokume wants to make a scene all the time. Often times she just wants to be left to her own devices without any interference. It's probably for the best that she now rarely chooses to get involved all that much, since if she does get herself roped into another's mess, chances are it'll be all the bloodier and dirtier by the end of it. Rokume is a firm believer that one wants a job done right, it should be done in solitude. The whole reason Rokume closes her heart off to everyone around her is because trying to make new friends makes her think about the ones she was forced to abandon. She does not trust easily, and even if someone wants to reach out to her, she'll remain cautious of them. Try to read them. Watch and keep as much an ear out as she can for even the slightest inconsistencies. It'll often take several encounters before Rokume will decide that someone may be worthy of her loyalty, in which case she'll gladly offer it. But if anyone betrays her trust, Rokume will make sure that traitor rues the day they were born... one way or another.
[sub]History:[/sub]
Mizoguchi Rokume never got the chance to know who her parents truly were as human beings. Her father left her mother the second he realized she was pregnant with her, and her mother abandoned her at the nearby shrine just so she could try to chase after him. Rokume was later discovered by Tokunaga Aoi, the granddaughter of a now retired yakuza clan boss whose clan was in their hayday before Quirk users overran the Quirkless population. She was of the aggressive and controlling type, but the fact that she took in parentless children like Rokume and raised them as her own showed that Aoi's heart in the right place. Suzuko had taken the time to raise Rokume while an orphanage that she always wanted to jump-start was under construction, before starting to taken other children once the construction was complete. Aoi took in a total of 20 children for her orphanage, and there were about five out of the so many there that Rokume seemed to particularly bond with. They were twin brother and sister Aomine Udo and Aomine Urena, two other boys named Sugawara Sosa and Yashida Hiroya and an obese girl named Yoneno Tomiju. Unsurprisingly, the six of them wound up banding together more often than not, even going to the same school in Shiketsu where they were all accepted in. However, trouble already began brewing within the first few days. Tomiju was mocked for her weight on a constant basis. Udo was criticized for his feminine choice of attire, and Umera for her flat chest. Rumors spread across Shiketsu about all six of them, but once she found out who'd been spreading them, Rokume challenged the culprit to a fight in the courtyard after school. He was a rich snob, and he had a couple of goons to try and jump Rokume before the fight was set to start, but Rokume was having none of it, and bashed their heads together the second they made their attack and instantly knocking them unconscious as a result. She then proceeded to charge the rich snob into a fence, stomp on both feet, bite his left hand, pin his right arm with her own and continually punch him in the face until he was little more than a bloody pulp. All of that proved to be in vain, unfortunately. The principal caught wind of the mindless attack and summoned Rokume to his office, demanding to know why she went berserk all of a sudden. Rokume grimaced, not really wanting to say anything, but eventually told the principal all about the snob and his goons and how they bullied Tomiju, Udo and Urena. While he promised to look into the bullying, the principal could not seem to look past the violent confrontation Rokume made, and expelled her from Shiketsu, much to the gang's dismay. Time passed, Rokume was proving more and more difficult for Aoi to keep in line despite her berating of her, which was taking its toll on her mental stability. So instead, she did the sane thing and enrolled her into the Last Option School for Eccentric Rejects, knowing full well that no-one else would want her after that bloody display and hoping the teachers that were staffed there would be better equipped to give her the lessons in discipline and anger management that she really needed. Rokume wasn't entirely sure how she felt about that, but figured she'd best go along for the ride. It wasn't like she could really object, after all...

Quirk Information

[sub]Name:[/sub]
The Void That Is My Heart
[sub]Type:[/sub]
Emitter
[sub]Minor Breakdown:[/sub]
Rokume can store and withdraw any item through a special pocket dimension, which is accessible through the discolored area of skin within her chest area.

Miscellaneous Information

[sub]Main Theme Song:[/sub]
Miss Nothing, by The Pretty Reckless
[sub]Battle Theme Song:[/sub]
Persona OST: Bloody Destiny
[sub]Ideal Voice Actors:[/sub]
Sean Michael Teague (En)/Romi Park (Jp)
[sub]Likes:[/sub]

Peace and quiet
The memories she has of her friends at Shiketsu
Tinkering with electronics
Boxing
Arm wrestling
Contact sports
[sub]Dislikes:[/sub]

Bullies
Being disturbed
Having to deal with someone else's mess
Crowds
Loose ends
Anything she personally considers too girly
[sub]Fears:[/sub]
Rokume doesn't like to think she truly fears anything, but if she just so happens to notice that something is imperfect, it will eat away at her until it's fixed, whether she has to do it herself or otherwise. In a sense, this is a slight case of atelophobia.
[sub]Tidbits of Trivia:[/sub]

Rokume had been deformed at birth, due to having been born (very) prematurely. Her right arm never got the chance to grow in, and neither of her ears had fully developed either. Once she got older, however, Rokume quickly set to work on making a robotic arm that she could put on herself, constantly tinkering it until it would prove to be as use to her as her natural left arm... or perhaps even more so. This new right arm of hers is long enough to naturally reach the ground, and its fingers are much longer than those on her left hand as well. Its 16 joints (including the wrist) also makes it monumentally more flexible. Multitudes of small wheels can be found on the back of the right arm's hand and fingers, so it doesn't slow her down when dragged along the terrain. The entire arm can be extended at will for even greater reach, as can each of its individual fingers, and its level of grip even puts grappling hooks to shame.
Underestimating Rokume's strength would be a big mistake. She can lift up to 127kg (280lbs) without even struggling and, assuming she pushes herself to the absolute maximum of her capability, her total lifting capacity is 181kg (399lbs) above the head and shoulders and 190kg (419lbs) around the hip area. This means Rokume can compete with even some the most musclebound of men when it comes to feats of physical strength. She can still be reliably bested by those whose quirk revolve around the enhancement of strength itself, but even then, she'll still put up a good fight before going down. Because she is a fighter, with what one could say is a lion's heart.
Aside from brute strength and her quirk, Rokume also has remarkable talent when it comes to all things mechanical and electronic. This shows in the intricacy of the mask that she wears across her face. Her mask and right arm have enough water resistance that she doesn't need to take them off even when diving underwater; as such, it comes to no surprise that she won't take her mask off when showering or bathing. Her mask has three modes which can be toggled between through the switches to the left. Speech Mode is the default mode, and is what allows the mask to project voice whenever Rokume signs in front of it. The speech mechanism glows a bright yellow each time a syllable is projected in voice, and the faster Rokume signs (which tends to show aggression on her end), the louder the voice is projected. Feeding Mode retracts the speech mechanism into the upper portion of the mask and causes the "jawline" of the mask to eject. This exposes Rokume's mouth, which in turn allows her to eat. Anti-Gas Mode closes off the speech mechanism, vacuum-seals the edges of the mask and disengages the air intake so that Rokume can't breath in toxic gases in the air. It also injects pure oxygen straight in front of Rokume's nose and mouth, and neutralizes the carbon in her exhaled carbon dioxide. The right switch activates Speech Mode, the middle switch activates Feeding Mode and the left switch activates Anti-Gas Mode.
While she's deaf from a legal standpoint, Rokume can still hear noises that are both loud enough and sourced within close proximity to her, albeit extremely faintly. She often gets annoyed by her inability to clearly hear the music she tries to listen to at times despite having the music player at full blast, but when her ears don't completely decide to fail her, it is just enough to put her in the right mood to concentrate on her studies or the tinkering of her electronics, among other things. She only stands at 137cm (4' 6") and, due to her light frame, weighs in at 33kg (73lbs). She has absolutely no curves to speak of, with a BWH ratio at 15-15-15 if measured in inches and 38-38-38 if measured in centimeters, but she doesn't seem too concerned about that; in fact, she looks kind of cute with her looks having the potential to disguise her age. Aomi has the weirdest fashion sense imaginable, with a yellow yukata, a black fedora, high heels that look as though they were made of sapphire and a metallic heart choker, none of which match her green eyes and hair. She has her nails painted in a unique sequence as well, with the thumb and pinky nails of the left hand and the middle nail of the right in green, the thumb and pinky nails of the right hand and the middle nail of the left in yellow, and the index and ring nails of both in blue. While she doesn't mind which exact clothing combination she'll rock with, Aomi will refuse to wear the standard LOSER uniform as is; the last thing she wants to caught dead in is a dreary grey all over...

[sub]Personality:[/sub]
One word sums Aomi's personality up into a nice little bow better than any in the entire dictionary. She's the most hyperactive daughter of a bitch you'll ever encounter in your whole damn life, and she'd continue to march to the beat of her own drum even if it'd lead to her death. Some may call her insane with the antics that she may get up to on occasion, but Aomi personally considers herself to just be highly eccentric. She doesn't have the best grasp on the concept of etiquette in the world, and even if she realizes something isn't entirely acceptable from a social standpoint, she might just go ahead and do it anyway for shits and giggles. It's just the kind of person she is. Aomi does have a tendency to twist what people are saying and put words in their mouths, however, and it even gets to the point where she'll convince herself of anything and almost everything. If she comes to the conclusion that she's wrong about something, she'll deny ever having said that something, and may even suggest that whoever got into that debate with her had said it instead. If someone tries to insult her, she'll return that insult straight to their face, in the exact same way that they said it to her... perhaps with a change of tone and phrasing to boot. There's just no way to win against Aomi with words alone. If there were to be any chance of besting her at all in this regard, it would be through action. Aomi can't deny the actions one takes to snap her back into reality, after all. By far, Aomi's biggest flaw is her desire to show off at every turn she gets, and this can quite easily be her undoing. She'll often try to do several things at once, which undermines her ability to concentrate on a single task that requires a set amount of focus to pull off successfully. Aomi can get a little cocky when she's garnered the upper hand in battle, and she'll throw a perfectly safe and surefire victory plan out the window if it means she doesn't get to stunt on her opponent. However, Aomi is a girl who lives and dies by the spectacle, and if she can't amaze the crowd with her heroic deeds, then why would she want to be a heroine?
[sub]History:[/sub]
Yahori Aomi was quite the special little snowflake, being the youngest of 6 children with four brothers and a sister. Her parents had spoiled her rotten, having gone all out on her 6th birthday. It was here that Aomi's quirk began to manifest, when she tried to bite into a slice of her birthday cake, only to lose a tooth for her trouble due to distorting the cake's hardness without having realized it. Aomi looked as though she was about to cry at first but, as the pain from having her tooth ripped clean off slowly began to subside, she wound up letting out a squee of excitement instead. She was so proud of her quirk finally coming to light after all these years. Her mother hugged her affectionately as everyone laughed it off, and her birthday continued without further incident. All of Aomi's brothers and sisters had gotten into various hero schools. None of them were the most impressive, but that didn't matter to the heads of the family as they showed pride nonetheless. But when Aomi came of age to enroll into a hero school, she made the bold claim that she'd get herself accepted into UA, which was rumored to be by far the hardest to get into and seemed to have the cream of the crop as a result. Her brothers and sister were quick to laugh that aspect off, but she herself was determined. However, she ultimately proved her naysayers right, through how spectacularly she failed the preliminary exam. The written portion was a wash, as expected of Aomi. She was ushered into a separate room so that she could complete that part of the exam without distracting the others, and her writing was... all over the place to say the least, with not all of it being intelligible. However, Aomi tried to be clever during the practical exam and paid the price for her grave error. She may have had the right idea in not wanting to show off all her cards at once, but the application of her quirk throughout the exam was a little too subtle; the judges weren't entirely convinced she even did anything. Aomi received a few Villain Points and a few more Hero Points for her trouble in participating in UA's practical exam, but neither were enough for her to qualify for a successful enrollment into UA itself. But what made her siblings roar in hysteric laughter was a small addendum that the sister noticed in the report, which advised the reader(s) that Aomi be transferred to the Last Option School for Eccentric Rejects before attempting to partake in the exam again. Aomi did manage to quell the laughter by suggesting that it would technically be abbreviated into LOSfER instead of the LOSER that they were all thinking but, in response to that, she get bonked on the head by her eldest brother as punishment for ruining their fun. Still, Aomi received just enough support to keep her dream alive, even if it was from exactly her parents. After all, she didn't see this as punishment for an epic fail. She saw it as a quick tutorial for how to "git gud".

Quirk Information

[sub]Name:[/sub]
Objective Reality Bender-Ma-Jig
[sub]Type:[/sub]
Emitter
[sub]Minor Breakdown:[/sub]
Aomi can distort the properties of any solid objects that she touches, and/or that touch her. She'll occasionally bump straight into anything in particular. even if she herself had seen that something from a mile away and looked to be eyeing it up the whole time. One would have to wonder whether she does this on purpose.
The minute a reasonably catchy tune starts blaring out of a music player or stereo, Aomi won't even hesitate to drop everything and dance to the beat. Sometimes she'll play her own music, even right in the middle of an important mission or battle, and time every action she takes to the rhythm of the played music. Ironically, she has a tendency to dodge certain attacks completely whilst she's dancing, even if she's not paying the most attention to the attacks themselves. Break her rhythm, however, and the next attack is sure to land.
Contrary to what she believes and says to others, Aomi is... quite frankly not all that smart, let's be honest. Her below average grades in school reflect this point to a tee; she might use every line available and even go on to write more in order to try and answer a question on an exam paper, but their are multiple topics in which she misses the mark completely, leaving whoever looks at those answers to question whether Aomi truly has any idea what she's talking about. This sub-par level of intellect is a good part of the reason why Aomi is in the Last Option School for Eccentric Rejects, and not in anything higher up than that.
