[indent]Humbled by past humiliations and always on edge, Eichi is the type to get nervous from a cough or panic when someone gives them so much as a sideways glance that looked a little unfriendly. They have a hard time accepting themself or believing other people accept him truthfully, the ghosts of his past haunt him to the point of absolute disorder. Graduation has brought a degree of peace to his pained soul and Eichi has begun to try and prove he isn't what rumor and lies make him out to be by being optimistic, encouraging, and honest. 

His quirk is rarely used unless in absolute privacy and even then only on the rare occasion. Beyond his poor emotional stability, they are the type to work hard. They study whenever he is completely idle and likes to help others prepare for exams and such.[/indent]

[indent]Eichis quirk in a world of Heroic ideals makes him the most ideal outcast. Girls didn't trust him, guys picked on him and harassed him for not using it to let them peep on people, his grades were one of the few saving graces of his school years. Ever the loner he had no friends he could trust and after a fellow student accused him of spying on her changing one afternoon, a claim he could neither prove nor deny without having the trust of the authorities involved, he was even more alone. No friends, no trust, no freedom, a man caged by something he didn't even choose. 

Resenting his quirk and the implications it gives rise to, Eishi focused on his studies and became heavily involved in athletic clubs before settling on the track team. His physique was well suited to running and Eichi excelled at all his events, even setting multiple records for the 100m dash (For non speed-quirks) which he took great pride in. 
His parents were travelers and on summer breaks he would see the world and developed a knack for photography, his quirk letting himself and his parents enjoy their vacation spots a dozen more times long after they left. Being athletic, and relatively brave so to speak, he was talked into joining the Hero Course but on the day of the exam when it came time for him to act, Eichi froze. Everyones looks were like daggers and his confidence hit rock bottom.

The exam scores were perfect, his athletic exams above average, but his spirit was found weak and thus rejected from the courses. Eichis enrollment to LOSER was a fluke but he intend to make the most of it and overcome his weak spirit.[/indent]

[indent]Seto is a major hypocrite. He'll lecture you about not judging someone on their appearance even as he explains that everyone is at least somewhat terrified of him because of many traumatic injuries displayed on his skin. Being classified as an undead human has been problematic at times, people often judging him as a menace or a helpless child in need at a glance. It is infuriating. Quick to anger over a misunderstanding and quicker still to forgive them, even if it was a misunderstanding that caused the whole incident in the first place.
Outside of these moments Seto is often a very calm and indifferent type of person who likes to listen and help where he can.[/indent]

[indent]Have you ever been a ten year old child who woke up sweating on a surgeons operating table as they perform your autopsy? Seto guarantees you it is as unsettling as it sounds because it was a major event in his life that threw wide the veil between life and death. His quirk manifested when he was 5 but had no effect on anything until mid-winter, days before his birthday, he collapsed. Out of thin air his heart had failed and he had been claimed legally dead for 2 days before waking up with someone poking around in his chest looking for what had finished him.

Since then, his time adjusting to the new way of life had been difficult. Pale skin, clumsy, a numbness in his extremities. Classmates refused to associate with him out of mild terror at seeing their dead friend whom they had all grieved for return as if nothing had happened. Nobody had blamed him for the scene, but it had been unsettling just the same. His mannerisms had changed and he had gotten ill tempered, headstrong, and arrogant in an attempt to feel anything at all. 
Graduation had been a mixed bag. People adapted to things in this day and age, so an undead kid fit in just as well as any other. The number of assaults on his person when he wandered the midnight hours had grown drastically and police reports about an injured young man had skyrocketed while the neighborhood adjusted to its newest menace. With the odd mix of negativity and positivity, Seto had resolved himself to bringing awareness to the inescapable act of judging someone on appearances by becoming a role model and a Hero.

All he had to do was watch his temper. Following the example of Pro Hero 'Twintails' the Beast hero, he enrolled at LOSER after a string of rejection slips from other Hero course programs following concerns of 'unsettling appearances' and a litany of health and safety risks.[/indent]

[indent][b]Short Quirk explanation:[/b] Dead State - Setos body is stuck in a state of partial decomposition. Heavy damage to his body rapidly triggers a withering effect, making him rapidly shrivel. Eating lots of meat brings him back to a 'healthy' state of undeath similar to a fresh corpse.[/indent]
