	[color=f7976a]Due to some earlier trauma in his life, Ed is slow to warm up to people, initially preferring to listen more than talk when in the company of others.  Once you've made it into his circle of trust, however, he becomes an open book.  While he is not opposed to operating in a group setting, he certainly prefers to operate alone when he can.  After walking away from tragedy, he has made it in this world by trusting and relying upon himself.  Leaning on others is a concept he had to abandon and one that is awkward for him to revisit.  Often blunt, sarcastic and cheeky, Ed lacks certain social graces due to the extended amount of time he spends on his own.  He is vehemently opposed to lying, preferring to maintain his word of honor in all matters.  With the right kind of motivation, Edvard can embrace his ruthless side, seeing red and stopping at nothing to bring justice or vengeance on whomever deserves his wrath.  Other than that, most people will see Edvard as the somewhat quiet, well-intentioned good guy who always appears to take an interest in what's going on.[/color]

	[color=f7976a]Ed has made a fair living as a tracker for military and private employers alike, always working as a freelance agent.  His reputation in terms of results is sterling and therefore he is fortunate enough to stay busy as word of his successes tends to travel.  Because of his occupation, his lifestyle is a nomadic one.  He no longer owns a permanent residence of his own but, instead, travels light and often amongst nature except when his employers happen to provide him with shelter or if his environment is simply not hospitable without modern comforts.

	He just recently concluded his last contracted service.  He was sent out to locate and possibly return a lost reconnaissance unit who had been sent out into particularly hostile territory on a mission of their own.  It was with a heavy heart hidden behind a stone cold poker face that Ed returned the dogtags of the unfortunate men to their superiors.  The spoils of his efforts hardly helped the depressing nature of his duty on the days that he had to deliver the worst news.  Alas, nothing helped bury the darkness like a new mission.  Idle hands are the devil's play things and Ed hated being idle.  That's precisely why he welcomed his new summons with open arms.  A new mission.  One that would initially take him to Oresundsbro.  Edvard accepted the challenge.[/color]
