You lay your head back down to sleep, and it’s not hard for you to doze off again. You dream of floating through a sea of clouds on the back of a giant fried fish on toast, almost like the one Dirk ate yesterday. But soon it felt like you were falling, and you suddenly jump awake just as you were about to fall through the clouds. Or so you thought. What felt like only a few seconds apparently was actually quite a bit of time, as there’s now some sunlight shining through. If you had to guess maybe about an hour had passed. It was still quiet but the sun was getting up now. Pylia was still asleep on the floor, bundled into a ball of fur and magic. You could almost hear the heavy snoring if other patrons beyond the wall of your room. Occasionally one would let out a deep bellowing snore powerful enough to shake your door. Additionally as strange as your fried fish dream was, if you choose to lay back down you’d find it hard to go back to sleep. Seemed that the shock had awake your body now.
