[@The Harbinger of Ferocity] The main issue is that we've lost a healer and a tank-and-a-half (Magdar being a half-tank.) We do have Rhaeyla, who could in time become a tank, and she has a once-per-day heal ability, but these are inadequate in the long run.

Mists on the Mountain, as a War Cleric, can serve in both these capacities - but it is usually inadvisable to have your tank and healer be the same. This is true even if you switched to say, Paladin. I'd think of what role you'd like to serve (tank, striker, support, healer) and adjust based on that.

I might consider reopening applications to those who are interested and ask for them to fill one of the two roles.
