Might that be narrowed down further to anything that is not anime? There is no shortage of fandom and anime. Seeing less of those and far more original content would be a welcome change. Dark fantasy, really low fantasy too, would pair very nicely in this combination be it traditionally medieval in tone or much more modern. Unfortunate that these are not only so rare, there appears to be a curse on the forum that these things vanish almost instantly and die.
