You know what power I thought was really cool, that was linked to time.
It wasn't manipulating time . Which is pretty much impossible (Yeah I know super powers are impossible but more possible then time manipulation.)
It was manipulating peoples perception of time.
So it was a psychic ability and with in a certain bubble of range everyone perception of time could be stopped, slowed down or sped up.
This made it look like, to them, that the person with the power could stop and start time at will.
