[B][color=gold]History:[/color][/b] Hachiro is the youngest son of the Lightning Daimyo and his third wife Kagura. He has seven elder brothers who all fill political roles within the Land of Lightning. He's a spoiled brat who was given everything he wanted because he was the youngest. Hachiro has a younger sister who was born when he was nine. 
At nine he met Team 6 when they were hired to escort him from the family vacation home in the Land of Fire to his family compound in the Land of Lightning. He left a rather interesting impression upon the genin. 
At twelve he attended the Chunin Exams with his father and second eldest brother.
