Penelope smiled as Crow replied, finding a small bit of her remaining energy encourage her to continue the lesson. While the dance may have had a few different rules, the knight actually quite enjoyed the elegance to it. It was one of the few things during her time under Beth's training to be a 'proper' noblewoman that she actually hadn't minded learning. Plus having Crow as a partner was certainly a large bonus. Eager to give it a try, she began to lead them in a small circle. As promised, she went slower than a normal dance, allowing him time to get used to the first steps. She believed them to be rather simple so she didn't worry too much about keeping an eye on him. The most she did was reevaluate his posture to make sure he hadn't hunched down slightly. As they completed the circle, she began to move onto the next steps of the dance, taking a moment to curve her arm up over her head to take his hand in hers. Once they met she gave him an encouraging smile. "Alright, now that we're here, we're going onto the next part. It's going to be a bit more steps than the last though." Penelope explained with a shrug. The knight was trying to go slow but she knew the viceroy was quite the fast learner as well as rather quick on his feet. She assumed that he could handle going onto the more complicated steps. "We're going to keep our hands together like this for now. You're going to take a step back while I step towards you. Then you'll step towards me and I'll step back. Once I step back, we're going to go in another circle but holding this position." Penelope paused for a moment, debating how much further to go into the dance before stopping them again to explain. Deciding the next steps were more involved for her rather than him, she figured it was alright to try for a little further into the dance. "After that, we'll lower our right hands again and then I'll step back slightly to do a spin. Oh and we're still bending slightly after our steps throughout this so don't forget to keep that up." she told him. "Think you got all of that?"
