So this is [b]my[/b] fault: When a [b]Race[/b] is [b][u]Blessed[/u][/b] by your own [b]Deity[/b], it becomes cheaper for you to act upon.

When a [b]Race[/b] is [b][u]Blessed[/u][/b] by another [b]Deity[/b], the price to act upon them increases.
