Lady Victoria soon spotted Vail's fair hair across the room, somewhat having a heated debate with Lord Spencer. She narrowed her eyes. She wondered what the two could be in disagreement about. She wandered over to him and sneaked up to his left side. Of course, she could not realistically sneak up on a vampire without them knowing about it. She knew their senses were far too powerful. As he turned to face her and bowed, she raised an eyebrow. He had certainly upped the charm in the last five minutes. She extended her elegant hand for him to take and begin their dance. "Why so eager Lord Griffiths? Couldn't keep away?" She asked with a glint of mischief behind her blue eyes. "You and Lord Spencer looked like you were having a fun conversation..." She pried out of 'socialite curiosity' as she lay one hand on his right shoulder as they danced the three beats of the infamous Viennese Waltz. She noticed how gracefully he moved, she felt it a challenge to keep up herself, having practiced all ballroom dances since she was a child. She fondly remembered learning ballroom with her father within this very room. What she wouldn't give to have one last father-daughter dance with Alex at her eventual wedding after he gave his daughter away at the altar. "Was Christopher boring you with his boasts of how much he spent on his yacht earlier this year?" She mused sarcastically as she took a spin underneath Vail's -rather strong- arm. She knew there was something definitely special about this man but she couldn't quite work it out yet. She watched for his reactions carefully as she questioned him.
