The Grove of Korvlin- Large religion that is heavily invested in preserving the Gorvo’s home plant and colonies. Ever since it’s founding, the Rutharians have seen incredible green technology, their ecosystems flourish, and endangered animals returned  from the brink. But the grove has their problems. The grove’s radicals, know as the foundation of Gorvo are extremely hostile towards any intelligent species. they believe that the only way to protect Korvlin’s beauty  is through a heavily equipped assault team. This team is nicknamed the guardians of Korvlin, and are robotic defense system used by the Foundation to protect the entire group(Foundation of Gorvo). The Foundation and the grove have been rivals since the their creation, and it seems that tensions are as high as ever.  

Technological information:
The Rutharians have excelled in green technology, via the Grove of korvlin. They use a strange metal know as Forgi, which can be found in Large trees, as well as most plants. The metal gives of a strange orange hue and can be used as a large power source, and is slightly magnetic. 

Technology:
 The Rutharians a a very passive species, (minus the Foundation of course) but do have a fair share of weapons. Most of the Rutharian soldiers have small combat rifles, letting off a bright blue light when fired.
Larger, more expensive guards have thin exoskeletons to enhance their abilities. But most the time, The Rutharians use large combat androids to do battle for them, with one or two Gorvo leading them.
Politics: The Rutharians are a democracy, taking elections every 10 years. The Gorvo that is elected must make decisions with a secret shadow government, know as the The gorvo Concil. There are many parties in the gorvo voting system, but the main ones are the grove, the Foundation, the gorvo peace republic, the technology senate, and the Android rights society.

Military power:
 mediocre, if not counting the Foundation. Most ground troops have close combat weapons, with long range pistol like guns.the military androids of the Council are the main troops of the Foundation, dealing have damage with large assault rifles. The Foundation has an extremely large military,(not stronger then the Council’s) which it uses to intimidate its rivals and opponents.
Stability(%): the gorvo peoples stability is around 62%, due to the large Cold War between the Grove and the Federation. Tensions begin to rise, and the council is losing control over the situation.
