[@King Cosmos] I actually had an idea for this, taken sort of from how Eraserhead does things with his wraps he wears. This guy will have wraps around his body right? But they're attached to him, and they have the ability of draining Quirks at a slow rate to the point of permanently making them disappear from a person, making them quirkless.

So basically he swoops in and tries to get his enemy wrapped up which weakens them and then slowly takes away their quirk. That would be his combat style at least. I'm still working on names/personality for him and such so he's not done yet.
