[@ERode] I mean like I said it's just an idea I was throwing together, and it can be changed and tweaked as necessary. I have a backstory for him, a reason for why he wants the world to be quirkless. But we can change the dynamic to him going after students, which might fit better for the characters we are playing anyways.

Or we can scrap the idea and make a new villain, I'm seriously not picky I just want a roleplay in this Fandom and I didn't know how else to find one rather than start one myself. *shrug*
