[@Salty Spitoon] that's what I was thinking, he's basically just trying to spread fear at first while at the same time trying to make the world quirkless due to his own personal trauma driving him. I need a name and image for him though, Erode's idea to make him target students instead of pros is interesting. I like the dynamic of it.

I'm pretty sure I nailed down my character's outline too, she's gonna have a 'glitch' quirk I rather like a lot.
