Probably better for this to be in roleplaying discussion but have some tips.

Remove the space from [code][h r][/code].

Also, BBcode breaks if it isn't in a specific order. For example:

[code][b][i]insert text here[/b][/i][/code] will not work. It needs to be [code][b][i]insert text here[/i][/b][/code], which will work.

EDIT: I did a quick glance over and it seems some sections are missing half their code. For instance, you have a [code][h1][/code] for the title, but I don't see the [code][/h1][/code] part of the code.
