One for himself and whoever was riding in his arms or on his head, and one for the Pokemon seated on Paradise, so literally just Celebrity (who pitched a mighty fit when she didn't get her own umbrella.) Everyone else managed to get into some form of comfortable spot when they could as they stepped onto Route 3. Notably, when the rain started, Seabreeze flew off into the sky to relish in the rain of Route 3. It was actually kind of cute to see the bird happily flapping in the wind, but another bird on the team was NOT enjoying the rain. It wasn't Mac, either. No, instead it was Smiley, who quickly took advantage of Seabreeze being gone and flew over to Skylar's shoulder, perching himself on it despite definitely still being a little annoyed at Skylar for earlier. Still, Skylar was a bit happy that the two were at least not on too bad of terms. As Skylar, Vivia, and the team ventured forward through Route 3, Skylar was still astounded by every blurry Pokemon he had come across. The Carnivine were massive and the Shroomish were adorable and busy at their works, and Skylar was absolutely enthralled by the sight of all of them. He was even more excited when he noticed a small green splotch move through the tree, and he safely assumed what he had seen was a Treecko, especially considering his Pokedex was going off saying something about Treecko. The gang walked a little further after, before confusion struck.
‘It was about here… hey, Goomy?’ Vivia asked, holding an umbrella in one hand and had Goomy on her palm and a bit of her arm leaned against her stomach. ‘Could you help us find your friends?’ ‘Goom…’ Goomy said, sounding really unsure. ‘E-eh? No?’ Vivia asked, unsure. So, seems like they were looking on their own. ‘W-well, it’s a rare Pokémon! We might be looking for a while…’
"I don't mind looking. If anything, this is still a good spot to train." Skylar noted before he looked over to Celebrity, who was looking towards Vivia with a frown. "Heh, Celebrity sure does like y--"
‘HOLD IT-’ ‘-RIGHT THERE!’
"Hm? Excuse us?" Skylar asked as he looked at the two new guys.

‘Surrender! You’ve been caught dragon-poaching, red-handed!’ the red-haired one declared. ‘You got one, and now you’ve come to take the rest! Scum!’ the white-haired one claimed. ‘Huh? No, we were just going to-’ Vivia immediately tries to defend, blinking in surprise at them. ‘Don’t play dumb, we know who you are! A guy and a girl, just like in the reports!’ the red-haired one continued. ‘And hunting dragons, it can’t be a mistake! You’re the Team Amethyst duo sighted around here, in disguises!’ the white-haired one accused. ‘Wh-what? No, you got the wrong-!’ Vivia tried, but was interrupted. Team Virtue Grunt Duo Randy & Mark would like to battle! ‘Ghastly, Hypnosis!’ the red-haired one commanded. ‘Mareep, Thunder Wave!’ ‘Gaa-aastly~!’ ‘Mareeeep…!’

"Wait, do you guys mean these two?" Skylar asked as he pulled out his Pokedex, flipping over to the recent video he took at Silent Shrine, where Valen was being harassed by those two grunts. That red haired guy and the blue haired woman certainly better fit the description than Skylar or Vivia. "Sorry to get your hopes up like that, but it wasn't us, honest. Besides, I'd expect Team Amethyst would think better than to send a blind fourteen year old to find dragons." Skylar said, pointing to his glossy eyes and pointing to the black sunglasses on JoJo's head. "... we also don't want any more than one Goomy, not counting Vivia's here, so saying we're gonna take all of them isn't really accurate either. Now... if you still wanted to battle..."
Skylar pointed towards the fight and flashed a smirk. "... I'll be glad to oblige! JoJo, Double Team! Vivia, handle the Mareep! It's no good for my team!"
Alright, quick battle time. Gonna just talk Meta here because it's gonna be a mess otherwise. The start of this battle is gonna go with a Gastly Hypnosis and a Mareep Thundershock, eh? Alright, so that's pretty good to work with. Unfortunately for Skylar, that Mareep does throw a wrench into his plans as it makes a lot more of his team ineffective. Not to say that he's entirely screwed, however, because of one main Pokemon, but we'll get into that. For now, JoJo's hopping in with a Double Team, because raising your evasion against a move with 60% accuracy is definitely a good idea. Makes JoJo all that much harder to hit, and with a Trace from Static it makes contact damage much harder to land. From there, Confusion the Gastly until it's down. From there, we enter a Spheal / Mareep combo. It's that point where we focus the Mareep with Disarming Voice, as to ensure hits and steady damage. The Spheal isn't as bad of a problem as Rollout isn't something JoJo is heavily weak to, plus we've got the power of Static since Rollout makes contact. Hopefully around this point Venonat hits the Mareep with a Disable, giving it a hard time with using Thundershock. She could also probably hit the Spheal's Rollout with one, too, which would still likely help, but it's more effective for it to be Mareep that's disabled. If the Mareep goes down, then JoJo'll keep up the pressure with Confusion on the Grimer, knocking it out and leaving the Spheal up and fighting. If JoJo goes down before it can take the Spheal Down, then we resort to the next best answer to the entire ordeal in front of us. Enter, Paradise. Paradise is a flying type, sure, but it's arguably Skylar's current best Pokemon. It's tanky, has a good amount of moves, and is most likely the best answer to the remaining members of the teams. Once Paradise enters, the immediate response would be to Razor Leaf, as it's super effective to the Spheal that threatens Seabreeze's existence (though not as bad with Rollout, since it's power wouldn't increase from missing Seabreeze and Spheal isn't super tanky compared to the rest of things. Mareep would likely drop after that from here, and if Spheal drops too then that just leaves Grimer to cause ruckus, wherein Paradise can just Stomp it. If Paradise falls to Rollout from Spheal, we send in Seabreeze to clean it up with Wing Attack. If I need to add any more, I shall gladly do so. If Vivia needs to send in Rotom, then let her do so with Skylar sending in Celebrity to keep Rotom from running away and causing mayhem. Rotom would definitely be nice to take down the Spheal with.

Sorting out the team for the umbrella distribution, because Skylar likes having all his buds out for the adventure. - Going into the sky and around the trees.
