Other than birds and distant shouting, Ezekiel didn’t see or hear much of anything. It was as much of a relief as it was boring. He looked over at Bryan when he mentioned the prophecy and he smirked. ”I wonder sometimes if Rosie just gets bored in that cave and makes things up. ‘A world of darkness shall bring all of the Gods to their knees…’ Really? That is highly unlikely. Our father is the literal Sun God. If there is going to be a world of darkness it's because he forgot to turn the light back on. Hades is virtually caged up so I don’t see him turning the world to darkness. The whole prophecy thing is stupid and I don’t see why it is our problem to worry about.” As much as Ezekiel had this unyielding need to prove himself, he sure didn’t like having to fight the battles of others. He didn’t ask for this life but he did like being at camp. It’s why he was full-time from nearly the beginning. This was his home and he would protect his home but he didn’t care about the rest of it. No one else ever did.
