Name: Locusta the Poisoner
Class: Assassin
Appearance

Personality Locusta is…a little out there, truth be told. An eccentric with a penchant for being unable to listen to others in the pursuit of her craft. She often comes up with ridiculous sounding plans for assassinating others, though most never come to fruition. Somewhat oblivious of others emotions, selfish, and a tinge of sadistic. Energetic, but callous. A woman who will do anything for the sake of making the best poison. Animal testing...live human testing. Does she feel a little bad? Perhaps, perhaps, but it doesn't matter. As long as she has the money and means to test things, she will. She considers herself a teacher to all, despite her bad reputation and is eager to once again ply her craft and teach others the intricate art of poison and assassination. When it comes to the master/servant relationship, as long as her master provides her with such an opportunity, she'll stay by them loyally. However, it considerably weakens when one is about to move or attack. As she was publicly a well known poisoner, as well as only provided poison to others or slipping it into ones food or drink, and only delivering it to people herself via whatever method, the skill is only average at best.

Personal Skills:

Herb lore: B A skill made from Locusta's knowledge of plants and herbs. Hemlock, Nightshade, Cyanide...this skill allows her to create a variety of toxins and unique poisons designed perfectly to kill and weaken enemies, even those with the ability to harm and potentially confuse servants. Of course, it's not normal poison she's making, but its not magic - it's science, obviously. Nothing at all magical about this, nope. Of course this also extends to beneficial knowledge, and healing aides, but that's useless, yes?
Golden Rule: C Gifted wealth and land by Emperor Nero after successfully poisoning Britannicus, while perhaps it is not infinite, Locusta had amassed quite a bit of wealth through her school and charging exorbitant fees for her services.
Poisoner of Rome: A A conceptual idea built upon her various methodologies of poison. Administered mainly through food and drink, Locusta can contaminate foodstuffs with any of her potent poisons. As well, she was well known by the nobility for her craft, and many nobles in Nero's time sought her help to end their rivals. It could be said her poison and callous disregard for human life spread through the upper class like a poison. By brushing her feather against objects, she can coat them with a potent poison which will linger indefinitely until used. Once an object is contaminated with a poison, it will slowly spread to other objects, though is most easily spread to foodstuffs. A potent poison, those who ingest or come into contact with such contaminated objects must pass endurance or a luck check, or become incapacitated. It is not a skill that will lead itself to combat...but Locusta is not one to take part in direct fighting. Content to sit idly by while the politicians of Rome kill and murder, all to turn a hefty profit. By releasing the feather into the air with a breath of air, it bursts into a potent toxic miasma.
Effects:
The effects of this Noble Phantasm mostly manifests as a thick, poisonous black miasma which spreads seemingly indefinitely so long as the NP is active. The effects of this miasma are quite broad - inducing vomiting, seizures, a weakened constitution, a whole plethora of symptoms that those without suitable physical constitutions or luck will fail to stave off. Due to her history of murdering emperors and nobles of the Roman Empire, it receives a rank up when used on servants that were Kings or Queens of their nations. It should be noted this Phantasm affects both allies and enemies indiscriminately. Once it wears off, many of the objects affected by this miasma for more than a few minutes may become permanently toxic.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
