Yeah I can understand. To answer the question quoted above I was pulling from Kryptons history and implying that he didnt get sent to the Phantom Zone but was instead jettisoned into space with the thing on his head to reform him (the pratice used just before the Phantom Zone). The idea was that he got knocked around in space before landing in Russia around that time. As the character progressed I was going to make the draw between the General wanting to install fascism towards the end of the War but was convinced otherwise. When he became the Red Son then he would try again but instead grow to be a good guy. 

But for the rest of the critiques I can understand the hesitation. I tried to make it enough of a distance between [@IceHeart]s Supergirl as to give her the right to be the first "Super" while still playing the story I intended. Would there be any chance to fix it? If not I understand. I will come up with another idea if there is no fixing Red Zod.

If you want this style of character, I think an anti-hero focused Black Adam would be a better bet for you. The character already suits a lot of your goals and desires without involving another Kryptonian.
