Its not so much I'm dead set on a Russian hero but it comes down to a couple of points: 

1) I have all my research for Russia and Russia type plots (which I can just as easily change)

2) I personally have never heard of an anti-hero Black Adam even in these types of games and as such can only see him (personally) as a villain. 

I can be either its just gonna take some time for me to wrap my head around Adam and how to work him
