Bio: Jules was born L.A. California on December 12th 2002 he had a fairly normal childhood until his powers manifested where he accidently burnt down his home luckily his parents survived and jumped at the chance when they heard he could go to oakport high.
Personality: Jules is carefree and easy going but as a side effect of his powers he has pyromania which makes him have the need to light fires all the time though he does try to fight that
Extras: Jules carries a black zipo lighter and has his headphones with him at almost all times
