Many of his scales, particularly around his eyes and mouth, are either ragged or missing all together, giving him a constant sneer. The three digit claw on his right hand are stubby and malformed, having not properly developed in embryo. He is tall, but lacks the powerful musculature commonly associated with his people, giving him a more lean, athletic look. He typically wears a gray environmental suit, similar to that of the notorious hunter Bossk, in order to keep comfortable in extreme temperatures. Cragdor also likes to wear a padded flight jacket over his suit, partially for warmth, but also to make himself look larger than he actually is.
Background
Cragdor was hatched on Dosha, the homeworld of his people, a few months after the conclusion of the Clone Wars. At some point during incubation, his egg was knocked from it's nest and cracked, causing his gestation be to severely impacted. Most noticeably was his right hand, which was shriveled and capable of only basic movement. Another notable deformity was his scales, which were very flimsy and easily torn off. Naturally, Cragdor was the weakest of his brothers and sisters. Though he tried to participate in games, bug hunting and wrestling matches, he could never match up against his larger siblings. The other hatchings had no sympathy for their lame brother, and on more than one occasion conspired to eat him. Within a year of his birth, Cragdor's parents were considering simply allowing them to do it and spare the weakling a life of torment. Whether out of mercy or further cruelty, the family decided not to eat Cragdor, but simply leave him to die in the forest. Unable to fend for himself, the youngling surely would have perished had he not by chance stumbled across another Trandoshan hunting in the woods. The hunter, a middle aged mercenary called Oshka the Red, had returned to his homeworld after fighting in the Clone Wars. Taking pity on the lost hatchling, Oshka took him in and gave him a bunk on his ship. Under the tutelage of Oshka, Cragdor learned how to fight one handed with both blades and blasters, as well as with claws and teeth. What's more, Cragdor was raised on stories his 'Uncle Oshka' would tell him of the Clone Wars; how he fought in support of the Sepeartist Alliance, killed and befriended Jedi, and was eventually betrayed by both his clan and an evil Galactic Empire. Most of all, he learned of the Scorekeeper, the goddess of Trandoshan lore who keeps track of every hunter's lives and rewards them for the quality of their game. For the next 17 years, Cragdor worked as a mercenary and occasional pirate along with Oshka, targeting mostly Imperial supply ships. Though he was aware of the growing rebellion, he felt no desire to commit himself to any cause other than his own. That is, until roughly 4 years ago, when new reached him about a massive space station capable of destroying planets. Though he had never visited Alderaan, Cragdor was horrified by its destruction. So it was that Cragdor left Oshka's service and sought out the Rebel Alliance. This was not an easy task, however, as by the time he tracked the Rebellion to Yavin 4, he found the Massassi Temple abandoned. Undeterred, Cragdor continued his search for another whole year, following several dead end leads and having many close encounters with Imperial patrols. Eventually, either through sheer luck or through divine intervention by the Scorekeeper, Cragdor ran into a group of freedom fighters called the Scarlet Moons while scouting on Boz Pity. Finding Cragdor's determination to fight and make a difference respectable, the Kaleesh leader called Stormcaller invited him to join Sunburst Batallion. Over the remaining three years leading up to the Battle of Endor, Cragdor served primarily as a scout and, when the mission called for it, an assassin. Though this kept him away from many of the major battles of the war, it allowed for Cragdor to work in a way best suited to his natural skills. Now only recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant, Cragdor is ready to take finally put an end to the legendary Empire Oshka spoke so often about, and make his old uncle proud.
Outlook and Motivation
What Cragdor wants above all else is to prove himself. He has spent his whole life as the underdog due to his birth defects, finding it very difficult to hunt and earn Jagannath points. Because of this, he feels he has a very low standing in the eyes of his goddess, the Scorekeeper. Seeing the Empire as a horrible organization of senseless murderers and tyrants, Cragdor believes that fighting against them is a worthy cause in the goddess’ eyes. Slaying such a beast would earn unimaginable prestige, and he would be welcomed into the afterlife as a hero. Cragdor does not think much about the Rebellion’s plans for the future. He has very little interest in restoring the Republic or bringing order to the Galaxy. He simply wants a good hunt, and a means to show all those around him, especially fellow Trandoshans he meets, that he is not a cripple to be overlooked. That being side, he does not consider himself above anyone else in the Scarlet Moons, nor does he believe he is exempt from the rules set by his commanding officer. He is loyal to those he shares common cause with, and a fierce companion to anyone he respects enough to call friend.

[sub]
Capabilities
[/sub] [sup][sup][sup]
[/sup][/sup][/sup]
Characteristics
CUNNING, Primary Characteristic: What Cragdor lacks in physical strength, he makes up for in a sharp mind. While most Trandoshans tend to run in, blasters firing and hissing challenges in Dosh, Cragdor prefers a more subtle approach. He takes the extra time to scout the area, learn the enemy’s habits and routines, then set a trap tailored to the specific target. In short, Cragnor sees every mission as a hunt, and he always remembers to tally the points he and his team acquire (even if they aren’t keeping track). AGILITY, Secondary Characteristic: Not all situations can be solved with stealth. When the time comes for a fight, Cragdor is more than capable of holding his own. While he may not be strong enough to overpower an enemy, he can move fast and strike with either his claws or his sword. In the rare cases when the opportunity presents itself, Cragdor is not above sinking his teeth into an enemy throat or two.
Language(s)
Dosh Galactic Basic Huttese
Skills and Connections
Natural Hunter: Though Cragdor learned the finer points of hunting from Oshka the Red, the blood of predators has always run in his veins. With the heightened senses of a Trandoshan, there are very few creatures, sentient, beast, or droid, that Cragdor cannot track. Spirituality: Having been raised with stories not only of the Scorekeeper, but also of the Jedi, Cragdor holds a great respect for life. Though he knows that most of his comrades do not share his beliefs, Cragdor often prays before and after a mission for the good health and good fortune of everyone in the Scarlet Moons.
Flaws
Physically Disabled: Cragdor’s left hand is far smaller and weaker than his left, making it difficult to hold certain objects. Cragdor also has a dermatological disorder that causes his scales to easily peel off. Self-Consciousness: Cragdor tries to keep a brave face most of the time, but on occasion, his short comings do weigh upon his mind. He has been known to lose faith in himself during high stress situations in which the tide of battle is against him, though he tries his best not to let that effect his performance.
