This is a Mad Max based role play the setting is a alternate version of earth the year is now 2030 a experimental thermal bomb was set off in 2019 drying the oceans and destroying electronics the first couple months people did fine but in the first year things quickly devolved into chaos people rioted governments were toppled flash forward three years later. What's left of humanity has formed into tribal like groups or loners searching for supplies the wasteland is ruthless most people live off eating dog food or maggots and water is scarce people depend on cars and themselves to survive  your characters can be either from the time before or born in the wasteland and be a loner or part of a faction factions are Scrotus's army , Roadkill, and Buzzards .

Rules:
No godemode or mary/Gary Stu characters 
When you get into fights it won't be elegant your characters are starving and desperate 
Character ages are from 18-56 
Characters only get one vehicle and one makeshift weapon then two pieces of gear 
The two pieces of gear can't be something that holds multiple things ex: a tool box with stuff in it
