I would prefer anime or as close to as possible, i would accept illustrated if it's well done. If anyone need help with pictures i do enjoy picture hunting. 

Spring Hill is like a large rehab center that's located away from anything large. It has a massive wooded area around it. I plan on making floor plans, i just need to find a good program to do it with.
